1st class service throughout but surprised that payment had to be made up front and prior to service being provided. Had thought that Executors had up to 8 weeks to settle before interest accrued. That aside absolutely no complaints.

I can't fault them, luckily my mum had arranged her funeral so that made things much easier than it could of been, they guide you through and seem to genuinely care. I imagine its difficult for them but they're professional and I'm glad my mum chose John Weir (Gillingham, Kent ) Michael Gabriel

John Weir provided an excellent service for my mother's funeral.  I'd particularly like to mention Theresa Butters, who was the person I dealt with at the Watling Street branch.  She offered a completely professional and efficient service in making the arrangements, while being sensitive and caring. No request was too much trouble and was sorted out immediately.  Just what was needed during a difficult time.

As a Church leader who had himself conducted a number of funerals, my husband had always been impressed with John Weir, so we had no hesitation in contacting them when he himself passed away. Thank you to Theresa for the personal and sympathetic way she dealt with us. We felt completely confident that everything was thought of and if we had any questions it was very easy to contact her to have them answered. On the day itself there was a combination of respect, dignity and warmth that made the ceremony very memorable for the many people who attended, but most importantly for us, the family. Thank you.

Amazing service, from the initial consultation to the end of our requirements of them. Lovely people, caring, understanding and empathetic; kept in touch as they said they would, nothing too much trouble and, given the horror stories you hear, represented excellent value for our money as nothing was too much effort and the funeral was conducted with professionalism, care and attention to detail. 6 stars!

From start to finish we have had nothing but excellent service from John Weir and cannot praise their staff enough, to our first meeting with Amanda who was at the Gillingham office until Theresa came back from holiday, then Theresa took over -what lovely ladies they both are, for anyone having to arrange a funeral it is a very sad and difficult time but they have made everything so easy for us and nothing was too much trouble. On the day of Mum's funeral we would love to thank all the men in the cortege who again couldn't have helped us enough, every step of the way it was explained what was going to happen and if we weren't sure about anything or needed any help to just ask and lastly a very special thanks must go to Bridget Sapiano who took the service -we wanted Mum's funeral to be a celebration of her life and that is exactly what we had, everybody who attended and it was a lot especially Mark & Spencer ladies said they had never been to such a lovely funeral so again a huge big Thank You to everyone involved.
