Everyone who helped us at this sad time were excellent right from Theresa in the office who went out of her way to find a piece of unusual music that we wanted and Revd Melvin Cooke who although we had not met him felt like one of the family and everyone else involved who made the day run smoothly, Extremely well done
I can't praise them enough . They well deserve my excellent rating

Truly excellent service received from the initial planning stages through to the delivery and completion of the cremation service. All members of staff dealt with were polite, friendly and understanding / and the pall bearers and other company attendees at the service carried out their duties with poise and in a most dignified manner.

From the first call we made, the service we received was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble and Theresa and Amanda helped and guided us through the process with professionalism, warmth and empathy. On the day, Kevin and ‘the boys’ were brilliant and looked after us with great dignity and sensitivity. 
The whole team made this sad occasion so less stressful, so many thanks.

Would very much like to thank the staff at John Weir particularly Theresa and the staff who attended the crematorium.
I thankfully had already set up a funeral package at John Weir’s a year ago prior to my mother’s passing, which helped enormously in respect of the situation with the Coronavirus.
Theresa made sure everything was organised and that we were happy with all the arrangements. Her suggestion of a large screen photo and live streaming of the service really helped on the day for relatives who were unable to attend.
Under the circumstances the funeral could not have gone better.

Dear all at John Weir,
We have contacted Teresa herself and sent a Thankyou card also at the Gillingham branch. 
We would like to Thankyou for the most professional service, from the very beginning when I contacted John Weir to find out about funeral packages throughout the build up to my Nans funeral Barbara Tyler, the way Teresa paid attention to detail even spraying my Nans perfume before we visited. She done an amazing job dressing her. So we as a family would like to address how heart warming Teresa was throughout the whole process even when we collected my Nan Barbara Tyler’s Ashes. She is a lovely lady and definitely deserves recognition.
On the funeral day itself we couldn’t of asked for a more beautiful way for my Nan to take her last journey. The horses and carriage were so beautiful. They truly looked amazing. 
Ben introduced my mum to the horses as he could see she was very emotional this helped to calm mum and we would like to thank him for his approach throughout.
The whole crew in the day were brilliant and we couldn’t fault anyone. 
The timing was spot on and we believe to have done my Nan proud via John Weir services.
The horse box that was a gift was a nice touch.
Thankyou so much to all that was involved in Barbara Tyler’s Funeral it was a day you done us proud.

Such an excellent service. They made a difficult day ,bearable. A special mention for Shane, who went out of his way to be supportive to a, naturally distraught, family. It meant a lot to us. Teresa and Amanda, in the office, were also a great help and were extremely compassionate. The Family could not recommend them highly enough.Our thanks to them.
