Deanna and team at John Weir, Gillingham have been incredible whilst organising and leading my Dad's funeral. They have been compassionate, kind, caring and have really listened to us throughout. Offices are in much needed of refurbishment and so only 4 stars. The funeral went very well and all other services / level of dignity handled very well. Deana is a diamond and is devoted to her work! She deserves a nicer place to work and some investment in the front of house offer, including lighting, quality of finishes / furniture is long overdue...this would serve the Weir brand well for staff and customers alike!
