I used John Weir in Gillingham to arrange my mum's funeral following a good experience 3 years ago when they organised my dad's. Once again I really couldn't fault a thing. The service I received from Deana was excellent. She was so patient and compassionate and nothing was too much trouble. She even phoned me the day before mum's funeral to go through everything to make sure it was how we wanted it to be.
Simon, who was in charge on the day, was also excellent making sure we were happy with everything and checking all was in order in the chapel before we entered.
I really cannot recommend John Weir enough, they made a difficult time an awful lot easier for us all.

We received an absolute excellent service from Deana and all at John Weirs. Initially we were working under a tight time frame and Deana pulled out all of the stops to help us give our Mum the send off she deserved. Then when unforeseen circumstances changed our plans, Deana was again on hand to ensure that everything was sorted and changed for the later date. We would highly recommend Deana and all the team at John Weirs when looking to plan a Celebration of Life for your loved one.

I would highly recommend John Weir Funeral Directors, they were brilliant from the first time we walked in their office at Gillingham, very professional, very polite and treat with you with so much respect.
But the way my Son was looked after was second to none, they did an excellent job,nothing was too much trouble, I really can't praise them enough.
I would really like to Thank them all for all the help and kindness all the way through helping to take the pressure off.

I can't speak highly enough of the service delivered by John Weir for my late uncle. Having already arranged two services previously for my mum and dad with them and been more than satisfied, I did not hesitate to use John Weir again. It was comforting to know I was in good hands and everything was dealt with in a
professional but very caring way. I would not hesitate to recommend John Weir.

Deana was amazing and really empathetic she answered any questions we had and gave us reassurance that our baby would be in the best care possible. Deana was Very professional and very friendly and really projected her motherly care also which was very comforting and the service provided by the gentleman on the day of her funeral was nothing but respectful made a horrible situation bearable with the kindness and care they provided. Thank you so much for helping us lay our daughter to rest so peacefully.

Over the years, I have entrusted John Weir and his Team with the care of both my father and my mother, and I can say without hesitation that their service was exceptional. Every detail was handled with professionalism, sensitivity, and a level of attention that went far beyond what was expected.

They were consistently thoughtful, responsive, and respectful—not just to the family, but to the memory of my parents. From the planning to the ceremony, everything was carried out with quiet precision and genuine care.

I would highly recommend John Weir, Gillingham, as they handled my husband's funeral with the greatest care and compassion. We had a non-traditional funeral service, and Deana at the Gillingham branch handled all of our requests, including some very obscure punk tracks, brilliantly. Nothing was too much trouble. The celebrant she appointed for us was absolutely marvellous, and everything was handled with dignity and the greatest respect on the day.
