Andrew and Sophie Mayfield wrote

Andy was a wonderful neighbour to us for 12 years. We would speak regularly, often through his front window and talk about life and how much he disliked the tree out front! We would water each other's gardens, make poor gardening decisions together and occasionally meet for a drink down the pub!
There was always something to laugh about and we miss him.

Remembering Uncle Andrew with so many memories. His sense of humour was wicked. Him taking of Frank Spencer or Michael Cain was phenomenal. Great families parties. Never a dull moment with him around. Will miss him

I will remember Andy with great fondness. He had a wicked sense of humour and was good company. He was a good friend to me and my late husband. I like to think they are enjoying one last beer together xx
