At such a distressing time, I felt the attention to detail from the Farrier team was excellent especially from the Funeral Director, Lys.
Being on my own, she supported me all the way through the preparations and on the day supporting me at the funeral.
The funeral guide printed was excellent, with many mourners saying how tasteful it was with beautiful artwork.
Funeral cars were spotless as always and driver very considerate.
Could not have asked for more.
And also thanks to Linda for a very professional conducting of Sally's funeral.
Sorry, cant write any more. Brings back too many tears.

I honestly can’t thank you all enough,after Sue passed away I didn’t know which way to turn,but after an interview with Lis and the team and the Reverend Andy Bawtree the service and cremation with their professional and personal touches it proved to be a beautiful and moving tribute to Sue.

I cannot thank Sarah enough, from our very first meeting, she helped me through the process of arranging a funeral with kindness and compassion. The day of the funeral went like clockwork thanks to the dedication and respect shown by Sarah and the drivers of the cars.

This service is, thankfully, one that it is only rarely used and it is difficult to make comparisons.However I nannot imagine much that could have been improved- help and advice offered frequently and efficiently and the service itself was flawless.

From the first point of contact with Farriers I felt reassured that I had made the right choice to use them, Sonia talked me through the Process whilst being very supportive and compassionate to our needs as a family. She ensured that everything that we wanted for our dads passing was as we would like it to be, even taking into consideration the wishes and feelings of Mum who had lost her husband of 64 years. It made a very difficult time and process a bit easier to deal with knowing that Farriers were looking after us all. Thank you.

From the very first phone call to Farriers when my sister passed away onwards, the professionalism and support offered by Sarah and all her staff was exceptional.
This was our first time dealing with a funeral, and we had to arrange the service to be in Sussex about 6 wks later. None of this was a problem.
