A life well lived.
Our wonderful Dad, Grandad and Great Grandad, Walter George Murray (known as Wal or Wally to many) passed away on 3rd September 2026.
We were so fortunate to have had in him in our lives for so long and he will be sadly missed by us all.
Gracious and selfless to the last, he didn’t want us to be sad. That is, of course, impossible, but 106 years of this amazing man is something to be celebrated.
He will be loved and remembered forever.
His final farewell takes place on Sunday 11th October, 2pm, at Barham Crematorium ( CT4 6QU.) No flowers please, but donations to Pilgrims Hospice (link below) would be appreciated- the work they do is admirable, and he loved seeing his carers each day.
