Excellent service from start to finish. Sarah looked after the whole family with kindness and compassion. When feeling at our worst with grief Sarah made us feel comfortable when discussing funeral arrangements. We will always use Farriers when needed.

The funeral service of our Dad and Grandad was of course sad, but our lasting feeling is that it served as a celebration of his life, and an event he would have enjoyed attending!
Ultimately, that is our measure of success and is bringing us comfort in this space on the other side - and was achieved in no small part thanks to the care and professionalism of Farriers of Dover.
Richard understood from the outset what we wanted to do and ensured everything down to the smallest of details was perfect. The team on the day wearing claret-coloured ties for our Hammers supporter, for example, was a very moving surprise for us.
You get one chance at this and you are always in safe hands with Farriers. They helped us do something special for Baz and that has gone a long way to soothe us in our loss and support us in moving forward as a family in our new chapter. Thank you x

Farriers were extremely professional and caring. Nothing was too much trouble, even to the point of arranging a video link at 9 am on the day of the funeral when it was being held at 11am. My dad and my mum (who we lost in January this year too) were treated with the utmost respect. Special thanks to Richard who we worked closely with when arranging both mum and dads funerals. Would definitely recommend Farriers to anyone having to arrange things for their passed loved ones.

Losing a loved one is one of life's hardest experiences and W.J Farrier & Son Ltd, Dover were there to gently guide us through the whole process of planning the last goodbye. From the day my Mum was taken to the Funeral Parlour to the day her funeral service was held she was treated with the upmost dignity and respect and this was an immense comfort to myself and my family, helping us to navigate through feelings of immense loss and grief. The funeral service was truly heartfelt and beautiful, planned with so much care to celebrate who Mum was in this life and allowing her family - those nearest and those living afar - to partake in the service and cherish her memory. We can now visit Mum in her final resting place with a feeling of peace and I can truly say that Farrier & Son were the guiding light throughout.
