Farriers were absolutely great throughout this traumatic time, from my initial call to collect my father, all the way through to the service. They listened and guided us through what we needed to consider, without ever trying to influence our decisions and maintained good communications.

Most importantly, they were considerate and respectful, at no time, did
I ever feel we were just one of many. We are all very grateful.

At one of the most difficult times in my life it was a comfort that WJ Farrier & Son Ltd were there to take care of all the funeral needs. Their communication and managing of the funeral was first class. They were extremely sensitive and support throughout, even the lady on reception took time out to sit with me when I visited my husband. Nothing was too much trouble. I’m extremely grateful for the service they provided.

Heartfelt thanks to Sarah and her team at Dover for the wonderful caring service they provided in looking after our darling Dad, Ernest Roy Varrall (known as Roy).   Sarah's empathy, thoughtfulness and attention to detail helped us in our sorrow resulting in a perfect celebration of his life.  Cannot praise W J Farriers & Son Ltd. of Dover high enough. My Mother and I cannot thank everyone at Farriers enough. My fathers funeral was perfect and we couldn’t have wished for a more beautiful day. Farriers organised everything and made sure it was stress free for the both of us. Extremely sympathetic to our wants and needs to give my dad the send off he deserved.
