Having never used this service before I was not sure what to expect. However, from the very first phone call, to meeting with Sarah, the chapel of rest, meeting the celebrant and the actual service, and all the other staff, it felt like they were part of our family. They have the upmost compassion and empathy, nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained. We as a family can not thank them enough for looking after dad. I am so impressed that I will be booking my own funeral with them. 5* service.

I would highly recommend farriers. They are all so lovely and kepted us informed through out the time our dad was with them. When we was there they was all so welcoming and made a nice cup of tea. Me and my family will always be grateful for the care/dignity they gave to our dad whilst he was with them. Also a special thank you to Caroline on the desk, Sarah and Kevin for everyone they done for us at this hard time.

Farriers has been kind and supportive from the beginning. They have been very professional, empathetic and patient. They took good care of a beloved son, fiancé, and friend. The service was beautiful and many people said it was the most emotional and touching service they have seen. They kept in constant contact with us even after the service to check up and show that they really care.
