The family had an excellent, caring, kind and thoughtful service following the sudden passing of my mum. Viewings in the Chapel of Rest were arranged with great compassion. Sarah was exceptional with her understanding and sympathy. Caroline was patient whilst I was perfecting the Order of Service. The funeral was exactly as mum would have wanted. Heartfelt thanks to all the Farriers team.

Richard was professional and compassionate throughout, and the service we received was second to none. In addition, the small touches that were added to the service, such as carrying the theme of the sunflowers through to the service and order of ceremony, showed that there is a lot of thought and care behind the service provided. We could not have asked for a better send off for Mum.

Sarah and her staff were so thoughtful and professional. 
We had a slight delay with important relatives stuck on the moterway, and they allowed us time for them to arrive. 
I also had many query’s beforehand, and they found out the answers I needed promptly. 
I would not hesitate to recommend thier  service for your loved one.

From the first call to check on the status of a Golden Charter funeral plan and initial conversations following the death of our aunt, to the planning and execution of the funeral, Farrier's were supportive and caring. We were very impressed with the ease of everything and nothing was left to question and Sarah was particularly supportive, caring and friendly. Carrying the coffin in to the service with pall bearers was much appreciated; many funerals these days seem to use a trolley for bringing the coffin in, the Farrier's approach is far more dignified and respectful. Sarah stayed throughout the service and heled advise on flowers afterwards. Nothing but praise from us and our aunt's funeral plan was carried out to the letter and with no mention of any additional costs.

Professional, compassionate,flexible and accomodating - giving advice and guidance on so many aspects of a daunting occasion.
Every detail was managed brilliantly and kindly by Sarah to make this matter as painless as possible in very difficult circumstances for me.
