From the very first phone call to WJ Farrier I found all members of staff to be exceedingly helpful and kind.
At a time such as this one is unsure as to how arrangements can be made, I found it daunting at first.
The Funeral Director ( Linda) showed me the utmost care and guidance.
At a time of grieving I can only thank them wholeheartedly for providing the ultimate service in all areas.

When asked which funeral director we wished to use, we requested Farriers as they are a local, long-standing company that I have only ever heard positive things about. I am so glad we did. Each and every member of staff we came into contact with before, during and after the funeral was friendly but professional and able to guage the tone required precisely - a real talent when dealing with people going through a heartbreaking time. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to accommodate a viewing outside of standard hours. They made sure we understood everything and that we didn't have any further questions or requirements during the entire process, a necessity when dealing with grief-stricken people. The funeral itself was dignified, respectful and faultless throughout. I have absolutely no hesitation highly recommending Farriers. I cannot thank Sarah and her colleagues enough for making a very hard time that much easier.
