We could not have asked for me. Sarah and her team made the process of a very difficult time in losing Mum much easier. Sarah was empathetic, kind with her time and made sure we had everything in place. We cannot thank her enough. Wonderful caring service from Richard @ Farriers from the first call to the day of the funeral. Richard listened and made the whole process easy and looked after every aspect. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we were incredibly grateful for the way in which he looked after my father in law and handled all the arrangements so well. All other members of the team we happened to speak to and who were present on the day were all very professional and carried out their roles perfectly.
