Sarah was empathetic, kind with her time and made sure we had everything in place. We cannot thank her enough. And on the day of Mum’s funeral they did a wonderful job of looking after Mum and helping us follow her wishes. I will never forget it x

Wonderful caring service from Richard @ Farriers from the first call to the day of the funeral. Richard listened and made the whole process easy and looked after every aspect. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we were incredibly grateful for the way in which he looked after my father in law and handled all the arrangements so well. All other members of the team we happened to speak to and who were present on the day were all very professional and carried out their roles perfectly.

The funeral service of our Dad and Grandad was of course sad, but our lasting feeling is that it served as a celebration of his life, and an event he would have enjoyed attending!
Ultimately, that is our measure of success and is bringing us comfort in this space on the other side - and was achieved in no small part thanks to the care and professionalism of Farriers of Dover.
Richard understood from the outset what we wanted to do and ensured everything down to the smallest of details was perfect. The team on the day wearing claret-coloured ties for our Hammers supporter, for example, was a very moving surprise for us.
You get one chance at this and you are always in safe hands with Farriers. They helped us do something special for Baz and that has gone a long way to soothe us in our loss and support us in moving forward as a family in our new chapter. Thank you x
