I want to say a huge thank you for everything you and your team have done to make sure everything was perfect for my Mum’s send-off. You truly have an amazing team behind you.

Please pass on my thanks to Rianne and Amy—they are both so lovely. When I came in to see Mum, Amy was incredibly welcoming and immediately put everyone at ease with her calm, kind manner. I can’t remember the name of the lady who came out to the house (I’m so sorry), but she was also a real credit to your company. It takes a very special person to do that job, and she was absolutely perfect for it. Nothing has been too much trouble for anyone. I don’t think I’ve ever sent an email and received such a quick response, so thank you for making such a difficult and emotional time that little bit easier.

People are often quick to complain about a service but rarely take the time to compliment it. I wanted to make sure you knew just how grateful we are. I will happily recommend your company for many years to come.

The whole process of arranging the funeral was overwhelming, but Lee Fletcher and his staff helped me every step of the way. They were caring, empathetic, dignified, friendly, respectful and professional. I couldn't have asked for more. Our family live very many miles apart so the funeral had to be organised from long distance, causing extra stress at such a difficult time. Everyone with whom I came into contact at LFFS was extremely helpful, talking us through every step and ensuring that the day went well and giving our brother the best and most appropriate send-off that he could have wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and I am glad that we made the right choice in using them.

I was recommended to Lee's funeral directors,so glad I used their services.
They are a very close family run funeral directors nothing was to much trouble for them .
My wife Rosie passed very suddenly after a short battle with cancer, my wife had a direct cremation as we had agreed to a few years ago.

On the sad occasion of the passing of my husband, the whole experience went very smoothly and was completely problem free. Twenty plus years ago, we purchased Golden Charter Funeral plans with Lee Fletcher. It turned out to be a great decision. Everyone is so kind and helpful, they led myself and my family through each step, answered any question we had, and the end result last week was a day to equal all that John had requested and the wishes of us, his widow, children & grandchildren. Tomos James, the celebrant, spoke as though he knew John. Many of our family and friends told us what a wonderful service it was, a good representation of how John was in life. Thank you.

Lee Flecthers Funeral Directors, went above and beyond for my sisters funeral. Everything was deeply meaningful, very personal to her and her family. She looked beautiful in the Chapel of rest. TheLee Flecthers when above and beyond for my sisters funeral. Everything was deeply meaningful, Staff were really supportive and listened to our thoughts and feelings, helping us to make them final decisions. My sister had a funeral that was a celebration of her life. She loved colours and Elvis Presley and that was exactly that, perfect.
