Excellent service throughout. The ladies organising the burial and church service did a superb job, guiding us through what needed to happen and making suggestions to improve things.
On the day of the burial Lee Fletcher was on hand to ensure it went smoothly.
Throughout the process the communication with great, which was especially appreciated at this difficult time for us.

I cannot complement Lee and his team enough. They were simply amazing, everything ran smoothly, they catered to all our needs, without question. Their shining moment for me was when my 11 year old niece wanted to go and see her nan in the chapel of rest, she was nervous and scared. I believe it was Jean, who spent a long time with her, talking, appropriately, about what she could expect when she saw nan, she calmed her down, gave her confidence, and gave her an overwhelming feeling of peace, for herself and for her nan, simply exceptional. I cannot thank the team enough for all they did, how simple they made the process and how perfect the day went. Lee your team should be congratulated on how they hold themselves, how they present themselves, and the ease of the whole process. A team of stars, they do a hard and difficult job, it cannot be easy to see the emotions of others on a daily basis, without it. openly, effecting them. Perfect in everyway

Lee Fletcher Funeral Services provided a first class, highly professional and caring service, making a very difficult time much easier and less stressful for me and my family.
From the speed and efficiency of answering their phone to their quick return calls on any queries we had, their advice and speedy returns of any e mail questions and their recommendations helped so much.
The funeral was a dignified affair conducted by Lee Fletcher and his team and a special thank you to Sylvia Corke who read the family tribute with warmth and empathy.
This is the second occasion we have used Lee Fletcher for family bereavements and would we not hesitate to recommend them .
