Lee Fletcher Funeral Services provided a first class, highly professional and caring service, making a very difficult time much easier and less stressful for me and my family.
From the speed and efficiency of answering their phone to their quick return calls on any queries we had, their advice and speedy returns of any e mail questions and their recommendations helped so much.
The funeral was a dignified affair conducted by Lee Fletcher and his team and a special thank you to Sylvia Corke who read the family tribute with warmth and empathy.
This is the second occasion we have used Lee Fletcher for family bereavements and would we not hesitate to recommend them .

I have nothing but praise for Lee and his very professional staff, I did not know where to start when I lost my husband. They  showed me so much empathy and were very  supportive and talked me through everything as I did not know where to start but they explained what to do and when it was required and were a great help to my Sons and me through  out with there caring professional manor.

I found Lee Fletcher Funeral Services to be excellent. Throughout the difficult process of arranging a funeral for my father, I found them to be supportive and caring, with Jean at the office checking in often to see that we were OK and making the whole process very personal. They enabled us to have a wonderful celebration of my father's life, despite the challenges of the current lockdown restrictions, and we are so grateful. I was guided every step of the way by the  competent and lovely Julie and Jean. They bent over backwards to make it personal to Sam and to me. Lee and his staff are absolutely brilliant and easy to deal with even through this covid pandamic we are going through.
