We've used Lee Fletchers for 2 family funerals now. First in 2019 for my Uncle and again now for my Mum. The care both loved ones received was second to none.

Lee, Rianne and Amy in Havant couldn't have done anymore for us as a family. They were so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and kept us in the loop with everything.

Mum's funeral went amazing and she had a fabulous send off, I'm truly thankful... I highly recommend Lee Fletchers Funeral Services, wouldn't use anyone else!

Lee, Jean, Candice and all of the team, too many to mention here, could not do enough for us, as a large family they made everyone feel comfortable, their patience and consideration went above and beyond. The children and grandchildren were so proud to be able to carry Mum/Nanny on her final journey, you made this possible, just one of your many kind acts. I cannot express enough gratitude for the compassionate and professional care we received from Lee Flecther's. During one of the most difficult times of our lives, their team provided exceptional support, guidance, and kindness every step of the way.

From the very first call, they were patient, understanding, and attentive to every detail. They took the time to listen to our family’s wishes and made sure everything was handled smoothly and respectfully. The service itself was beautifully organized — tasteful, heartfelt, and perfectly honoring Dad (Ted) memory.

Every staff member showed genuine compassion and professionalism, making us feel cared for and supported. The facility was warm and comforting, and every arrangement was carried out flawlessly.

We are truly thankful for the dignity, respect, and empathy shown to our family. Lee Flecther's went above and beyond to make a difficult experience a little easier, and we will always be grateful for their kindness.

Faultless. I would say above expectations but my sister chose Lee Fletchers for the funeral of her husband the year before. Which is why I chose them again for her funeral.

We were not from the area, and before our Auntie had even passed, the care home was pressuring us for funeral director details, which felt both inappropriate and upsetting. Thankfully, her neighbour recommended Lee Fletcher Funeral Directors, and we are so grateful they did. Right from the first contact they were super helpful in what was a very stressful situation.

We visited them the day after to make sure we were comfortable with the choice, as we knew nothing about them. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Candice, who was incredibly kind, understanding, and truly lovely. Instantly, we felt reassured that our Aunt was in the right place.

With their guidance, we planned our Aunt’s big day, and I can honestly say that—being a bit of a control freak—I felt completely at ease throughout. Their communication was clear and consistent, and the entire process was transparent—no hidden costs, no surprises, just honesty and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble.

On the day, Lee and his team handled everything with sensitivity and respect, gently guiding us through each step and giving us just the right nudge when needed. Despite the sadness of the occasion, we were able to celebrate our Aunt’s life in a way she would have loved, and we received many compliments about how the service felt “just right.”

A huge thank you to Candice, Jean, and Lee and his team on the day, for their care and dedication. They truly helped us create a beautiful and fitting farewell.
