The service we had from Lee Fletcher was perfect. Right from the first visit, with Jean, who gently took us though all the necessary procedures; followed up by countless telephone calls with Julie.: we had to arrange John's funeral by phone and email as we live in Scotland: 350 miles away. Nothing was too much trouble: we were guided as to what to expect, from the paperwork, the timetable, the music and words, through to the service itself. I felt that my (john's) every wish was carried out, and made to seem easy and welcomed. The service itself was seamlessly carried out , led by Kerry, and it all went off better than we could have hoped. The Oaks crematorium were obviously very familiar with Lee Fletcher. And there was even an appearance outside from a majestic stag...(though I hadn't seen that on the itemised list). Lee Fletcher made what can be a dreadful experience feel warm and positive. i wold say a huge thank you to them.

Once again Lee Fletcher have done an excellent job on my Fathers Funeral as they did for Mum, right from the start they were very understanding and nothing was too much trouble, every detail was explained and executed in a very professional manner, and Silvia Corke produced an excellent address and captured Dad to a 'T'

We as a family would like to thank Lee Fletcher for their compassion and excellent service. At what was a very difficult time for us the staff at Lee Fletcher helped us give my Dad the send off he deserved. Things we thought we would have to sort out and organise the staff did for us making things easier for us. On the day of the funeral they helped us thought this and their service was second to none.

Sensitive and caring toward all of our family at this difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend as all staff I came into contact with were excellent and provided what felt like a really personal service. They were also very respectful toward my lovely mum which meant so much to us all.

Mum wanted a direct cremation, and initially we went with a specialist company, but we're told it could be upto 6 weeks before we received the Ashes back which with relatives over from the USA was unrealistic.

We phoned Fletcher's on the Monday, appointment Tuesday to discuss what mums wishes were, body collected the following day and received a phone call on the Friday to advise Ashes ready for collection. If we stayed with the direct company, they still wouldn't have collected the body!

Debbie and Kerry, the 2 members of staff we dealt with were superb, understanding every issue we had and what we wanted & showed plenty of sincere empathy.

The funeral was excellently managed and directed providing a fitting tribute.
