I have nothing but praise for Lee and his very professional staff, I did not know where to start when I lost my husband. They  showed me so much empathy and were very  supportive and talked me through everything as I did not know where to start but they explained what to do and when it was required and were a great help to my Sons and me through  out with there caring professional manor.

I found Lee Fletcher Funeral Services to be excellent. Throughout the difficult process of arranging a funeral for my father, I found them to be supportive and caring, with Jean at the office checking in often to see that we were OK and making the whole process very personal. They enabled us to have a wonderful celebration of my father's life, despite the challenges of the current lockdown restrictions, and we are so grateful. They made everything so easy to do, I had no idea what I had to do or ask for, Debbie helped me make the difficult decisions easy. My mum said what I had arranged was perfect and people who couldn't come said the Internet link was fabulous.

From first contact to the funeral service we cannot praise the team at Lee Fletcher enough. Aside from the normal emotions following the death of my Uncle,they understood the practicalities of, we, his closest family living 300 miles away. Jean and Julie used initiative to pre-book an early date when time-slots were in short supply.They recommended a first class celebrant in Paul Hickman and everything was organised in an efficient and most fitting way. We travelled to Portsmouth with all matters perfectly arranged, and distant family in Scotland, Northern England,and Spain were able to join via webcast. We are truly grateful and would highly recommend them.
