Could not have done enough for us at a very difficult time , thought of things we hadn’t and made the whole process as painless as possible, I don’t think we could have found a better funeral directors anywhere a company which values the client is rare these days and such a comfort , I could not recommend them enough much thanks all at lee fletcher.

On behalf of myself and my mother, we would like to thank the Lee Fletcher Funeral Services team for their professionalism, support and handling of my Fathers funeral. Even in these difficult times Lee and his highly motivated personnel showed caring and compassion giving myself and my mother the guidance to make my fathers passing a most uplifting event.
Special mentions to Coraline who met us when we went to see Dad on a number of occasions, her kindness on these sombre times will not be forgotten.
The whole set up at Lee Fletcher Funeral Services is like a well honed military procedure and this was reflected on the day itself which from the beginning to the end was outstanding. More special mentions must be directed at Sylvia as
well, for her thorough research and lovely reading at my father's funeral, he would have treasured it.
I would highly recommend Lee Fletcher to all and sundry, myself, my mother and all friends and family will be forever grateful.

Fantastic service from start to finish, from the initial set up, everyone was so kind to my family at this very sad time in our lives. The set up of the service was very well organised and Sylvia who took the service was very professional and very caring, it was almost as if she knew my Mum personally. I am so glad we were recommended Lee Fletchers by people we knew.
They took care of everything from start to finish and were honest and transparent about everything involved and included. They were there at the end of the phone whenever we had questions and organised chapel visits for many of our mums friends and family. 
The day of the funeral went as well as it could and we felt looked after by Lee and everybody else that day. Many people commented on how beautiful and unique the hearse was as they had never seen one like it before. 
I am really thankful that everybody made such a hard, heartbreaking time that little bit easier knowing funeral arrangements were taken care of. 
Special thank you to Julie and Jean in the Havant office and to Lee himself for the funeral day. Thank you all for looking after our mum and us.

Our sincere thanks and appreciation for your professional care and attention that you showed from bringing dad into your care from hospital to bringing him home so we could follow dad on his final journey to be reunited with mum.  We will always be indebted to you & your team for making such a difficult time bearable for us all when our emotions were so high.

The service we had from Lee Fletcher was perfect. Right from the first visit, with Jean, who gently took us though all the necessary procedures; followed up by countless telephone calls with Julie.: we had to arrange John's funeral by phone and email as we live in Scotland: 350 miles away. Nothing was too much trouble: we were guided as to what to expect, from the paperwork, the timetable, the music and words, through to the service itself. I felt that my (john's) every wish was carried out, and made to seem easy and welcomed. The service itself was seamlessly carried out , led by Kerry, and it all went off better than we could have hoped. The Oaks crematorium were obviously very familiar with Lee Fletcher. And there was even an appearance outside from a majestic stag...(though I hadn't seen that on the itemised list). Lee Fletcher made what can be a dreadful experience feel warm and positive. i wold say a huge thank you to them.
