Stibbards were just brilliant as the communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. We live in Cornwall and arranging a funeral in Essex too a bit of extra effort and they were always there to help meet our needs. Lisa was a delight to deal with at such a stressful time. Lisa in the Canvey branch has been exceptionally helpful and always there for us. 
My only negative comment would be about the webcast. We paid extra for this because friends and family were not allowed to come to the funeral. The quality was not very good at all and the whole thing froze half way through. Lisa is trying to help us get a recording but this was very frustrating and disappointing especially for Paulines close family.

To say you done my dad proud is an understatement in these very difficult circumstances at present.
My mum felt overwhelmed by the send off he received at Kings & to take a single rose from my mums floral heart & lay it on her windowsill was a beautiful thought.

Very professional and caring in these strange times and even though we were restricted in what we could have and do we still felt Keith was given an excellent funeral.  The funeral service itself was beautiful.
Lisa especially was caring and helpful throughout the whole process and nothing was too much bother.

Thank you Lisa and the team you made a very sad and difficult time bearable .. we have been lucky to have been able to attend my mums funeral and although there was only a few of us there , the live streaming enabled the rest of the family to attend on line ..
