Dad had so many flowers an extra car was added at no charge.

Not having ever had to be involved in organising a funeral before, I had no idea what to expect and must admit to having sleepless nights in the run up to our appointment with Lisa at Stibbards in Canvey Island. However Lisa ran us through all the details, taking time to ensure we were clear with everything. She has a very nice way with people and I'd have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.
On the day of the funeral, everything went just as planned and all the gentlemen looked extremely smart but also moved things along in a very nice way. My Mum would have been very pleased with her day. Thank you everyone.

The staff at Stibbards are very caring and helpful, they are always there for you and nothing is too much bother. They made my family feel they were their priority on the day of the funeral and running up to it.

From the moment we walked through their door to the day of the funeral we were treated with upmost respect and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always on the end of the phone ready to help in any way they could. We were treated as a family who were in mourning but if the need arose the atmosphere would change to keep us cheerful. Stibbards have a wonderful team in place and we can not recommend them highly enough.

All at Stibbards have been fantastic. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. They were kind and compassionate when needed and then good humoured and friendly when needed. Lisa made a really horrible time a little bit more bearable and helped every step of the way. I would highly recommend them.

From the moment we walked through the doors and met Lisa our experience was absolutely excellent in every respect right up until the very day that we laid  my father to rest, we could not fault any of their services. Such wonderful understanding staff who helped us above and beyond nothing was too much for them, gentle caring advice and guidance helped make this very difficult time of losing my husband and not knowing what to do easier 
The respect shown to my husband and us as a family was amazing, we are all so very grateful and humbled
