We were very pleased with the exceptional service we received from everyone at Stibbards and would recommend them. I had already come into contact with them on several occasions and knew I could trust them to give my mother exactly the funeral we wanted. We mainly deal with Wendy and Martin who were very patient with us especially when changing requests but everyone treated us with courtesy and respect. My brother was particularly touched with the way our 99 year old mother looked in her coffin; very peaceful and he was glad he had been to see her. We also thought the live link a very good idea as our son lives in New Zealand and could not come home at this time.

Very professional as you would expect, but everyone was also so friendly, helpful and supportive too. We could not have asked for anymore.

They also arranged a minster (David), who took the time to come and meet us beforehand and guided us towards a lovely service, which he delivered excellently.
