The service we received from Stibbards during the worst time of our lives, was simply outstanding. The compassion, sympathy, empathy, and total understanding of what we were going through was  excellent, especially from Kate in the office. This was our first time of arranging a funeral, but must say that S Stibbards & Sons made the whole process seamless from start to finish.  Kate was sympathetic, respectful, friendly and brilliant at understanding our needs she dealt with it all in the most professional manner. Kate was on hand to guide us through it all as well as on the end of the phone to answer any queries we had. Their pallbearers and other staff on the day was also very respectful and professional.
An excellent service and will always be willing to recommend should we be asked.  Thank you for all your help and advice.
