At the darkest of times Jamie Knight provided the kindest support. We are forever grateful for the compassion and genuine care shown to our family as we said goodbye to dad. Every detail, including the beautiful order of service, the flowers and the music were all catered for respectfully and with exceptional professionalism. This was the final act we could do for dad, and what a perfect goodbye it was. All credit to Jamie Knight, a true gentleman amongst us. Thank you.

Can’t express how much help, thoughtfulness and respectful all the staff were. Nothing was too much trouble they go above and beyond in making a horrible situation has pain free and easy has possible. Everyone of them were amazing and I will never forget everything they did to help my wife receive the funeral she wished for and the rest of us the comfort in knowing she was looked after and cared for by the best…. The service we received was excellent. From our initial phone contact to post service everything was done with care, consideration and compassion. 
We were given a number of options for all areas of the service regardless if it was the design of the order of service to the flowers accompanying the coffin, everything was high quality. 
They helped what could have been a difficult a stressful day be a truly positive experience.

We were very grateful for the excellent service we received . It's not easy organising a funeral from a distance but the prompt and efficient communication made it much more manageable. This Funeral Director is excellent. They are thoughtful caring, supportive, and go the extra mile to make sure that everything goes perfectly.
Their care of our mum was second to none (and due to her illness, must have been very difficult).
Their care of the family was exceptional. Their advice invaluable.
They listened, carefully, which means they were able to add the little touches. Looking back, we can see just how important this is, and it means so much to us.
They made sure that it was a perfect tribute to a very special lady.
They were very patient with us. They did not try to 'upsell' they do not have inflated prices. The prices are very reasonable.
Also, they gave us their payment terms once only and they never pestered us. Some do.
We can say, without reservation, that J F Knight are an excellent Funeral Director. They are wonderful Abassadors for the Funeral Industry. The best. Others should take note.
We recommend them to anyone. Please pass on our grateful thanks to each and every one of them.
