It has taken me a year to write this review due to heartbreak of my family. I cannot thank Jamie and his team especially to Kev and Shirley for all the care and support they gave to me and my family in such a destressing time. Knowing that they looked after Lee whilst he was there made that time easier. They went above and beyond in anything that I asked and there were some extra requests. From the order of service which Shirley sorted to the funeral itself they ensured that it was a true reflection of Lee's personality. To know they didn't themselves forget Lee in placing a wreath at his grave at Christmas made me realise that I truly knew I had chose the best funeral directors and for that I cant thank them enough.

At a really sad time for me and my family I was totally unable to plan and organise a funeral for my dear wife. Fortunately, my sister was able to recommend the services of J.F. Knight and she made the initial contact on my behalf.
From that moment things got so much easier. Each member of staff was so supportive and efficient. Kevin collected my wife from home and delivered her to the funeral parlour for preparation. He also discussed in great depth a proposed funeral plan. Shirlee worked closely throughout with suggestions for the order of service design and content. She was ably assisted by Kay. Visits for viewing were allowed and were always sensitive and relaxed.
On the day of the funeral Shirlee was so supportive as chief usher and Jamie Knight drove the hearse.
My son and I cannot thank the whole staff for their efficiency, professionalism and particularly the empathy shown by all. The funeral minister was excellent presenting the eulogy too. Thank you for everything.

Do not look anywhere else. These people are 1st class. They helped us every step of the way when we needed help the most and are so caring, attentive, considerate, efficient, and professional. In addition the service was exceptional and the organisation and putting together of the reading from El was perfect. We can't put into words how good this company is and really helped us all. We went to J.F.Knight after they were recommended by a family member. We only had a few ideas about what we wanted for my mum's funeral, but Jamie guided us through the whole process, let us know our options and made it as stress free as he could.

We had heard stories of funeral directors pushing families towards the more expensive options, but Jamie wasn't like that. He knew we didn't want to spend a lot of money and we had a lovely funeral for mum, that didn't cost a fortune.

Jamie and his team were professional and sensitive throughout the whole process and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
