All the pressure of arranging a funeral was taken from us which allowed us to concentrate on other issues arising from my Mother's death. From the swift and efficient collection of my Mother's body from the care home and subsequent care to the burial plot,church priest,transport, route and relevant paperwork and advice. As a family, we can only praise the way Knights looked after us and would recommend the service provided as excellent.

Kevin and the team were brilliant from the moment i rang for what we needed to do after my dad passed away. They took great care of my dad and nothing was a silly question or too difficult to consider. We were comforted when visiting my dad. First class, Excellent and super, really sum up the service we’ve received on two very recent funerals.  Came highly recommended  and delivered in spades.  From the OFF, my mum passed New Year’s Eve at 16:05, as soon as I contacted them they  took control and gently guided me through the whole process, not once was I left wondering “ what do I do” .on every level this was a first class service.  Jamie and his staff were so kind.

JFKnight have shown the highest level of professionalism and care that we could ask for. Throughout the process, they have been kind, efficient, considerate and helpful. Whenever we have phoned the office, we have had a caring voice on the phone, and whenever we have emailed, we have had a timely response. All the arrangements were precisely as agreed, and they helped us through all the difficult decision-making. A big thank you particularly to Kevin and of course Jamie. We were so very glad that we found this firm to help us through an awful time.

Couldn’t have asked for a more professional service. The way they spoke to us about our dad and the care they showed him will stay with us forever . All the team are really friendly and respectful . Kay Shaw was excellent we can’t thank her enough she was so compassionate and dedicated to making sure everything was how we wanted it . They made the funeral one less thing to worry about. They did everything for us ,gave us options with no pushy sales pitch just information , time and  advise . So many people commented on them after the service they did our dad proud thank you .

Fabulous attention to detail by asking Dads favourite music and having this playing softly in the background when we visited.
