I was very impressed with the service we received at one of the most difficult times. I can not recommend them enough they were kind, compassionate and helpful. We wanted the funeral to be red and black themed as my mam loved the colour red. They all wore red ties for us which was a special touch and my mum would have loved that. They also arranged for a video of my mam singing to be played at the service. They went the extra mile in every way and myself and my family are very grateful. Thank you x

Jamie and his staff are the only people you would want to deal with in this sad time . Nothing was to much trouble all our request’s were met . I found this process so hard to deal with but Jamie has such a kind warm soul it made it bearable . From start to finish he was professional but also made you feel like you were part of a family and could talk to him in confidence. We cannot thank Jamie and Shirlee enough for their care and support during the most difficult time. 
Jamie absolutely went above and beyond with his attention to detail... the flowers were beautiful and by far the best we have ever seen.  
Jamie’s professionalism is second to none - from his gentle manner and quiet understanding when meeting my father in law for the first time, to his proud demeanour on the day of the funeral when leading my mother in law from her home for the last time. Jamie goes above and beyond and he truly deserves every success.

We would like to thank Jamie and his team Shirlee and Kevin at JF Knight for the dedicated service and care shown on our loss, nothing too much trouble and attention to detail was excellent. On a day of floods and not all tears, JF Knight did  a superb job in getting us all to the funeral on time regardless of severe weather conditions In Sheffield with the heavy rain that day.

Jamie and the team went above and beyond to fulfil our mums wishes, they even joined in with the colour scheme. The whole funeral was carried out with so much respect and detail. Our family cannot thank everyone enough at JFKnight for their flawless  performance in helping us through the saddest time our lives.

Jamie immediately responded with sensitivity and helped us through everything from start to finish.

Everyone was responsive, kind and helpful. The planning was precise and easy.  They prepared  Mum/Nans temporary  place of rest so beautiful and healing and she never looked so lovely and at peace thanks to them (something we were dreading but they made it loving and beautiful). 

The service was better than we could ever had hoped for and was organized perfectly and was a wonderful tribute.

We highly recommend JLKnight to everyone that wants the best send off for their loved ones. Their kindness, sensitivity, professionalism and knowledge cannot be beat.

 We were happy to pay the reasonable bill after the service as they were worth every penny.

 Thank you Jamie and everyone for a great job well done!!
