Emma and Russell were excellent assisting me plan my Uncle’s funeral and on the day everything was perfect. Mick politely guided and updated my family and I just before the service. At the end of the service Mick spoke with myself compassionately about further arrangements.

Myself and my family are very grateful for the support and guidance of the arrangements for my mother’s funeral.
The process from start to finish was explained clearly and we were encouraged to double check anything we did not understand.
We were prompted at some stages of the funeral plan which was a great help and pleasantly surprised at some of the wishes we could request.
We personally would like to thank Philip Wilson for arranging the funeral, paying attention to detail and carrying out our wishes along side all his colleagues who helped make my mother’s final journey and place of rest a perfect goodbye.

I can't express how fantastic staff at Lymns have been. My family are devastated at losing our mother and you guys made a lot less pressure and worry in terms of dealing with the funeral. We had no stress and everyone especially the lovely Paul lead the way with great empathy and respect. Even my mum being in the Chapel was dealt with by staff showing great Empathy. I can't remember the staff members name who came in with me to see my mum Cynthia in Chapel but she was a lovely kind caring person who supported me in ensuring all our wishes in terms of items being placed on mum.
The funeral was lovely and all arrangements do extremely professionally with full contact all the way through. My mum was 84 and always said she wanted her funeral with Lymns as you guys have managed other family members funeral, I totally understand now why mum was so adamant for Lymns to be the chosen funeral directors.
Thankyou so much on behalf of all the Lynch family and again Paul was second to none in his role and we will be forever grateful. Thankyou xx

I would like to say once again a big thank you to Paul  who has looked after 3 funerals recently sister,brother,mum for us. As you can imagine it’s been a very tiring,emotional,stressful time for us over the past 10 years through poor illnesses and being isolated from our loved ones. Paul has seen the emotional side of all our family members and has been very professional in providing the quality care to every member of our family. Paul is a big asset to your company with great experience you must be proud to have him. Also a big thank you to the pallbearers, drivers and all the administration team.
