Simon arranged our father’s funeral so didn’t hesitate to contact him when mum passed away and again he guided us and made the process as simple as possible for us to deal with. He also discussed how the coop legal team could potentially support us with probate and they are.

On the day the care and courteous way Simon and the team help us through the funeral was outstanding.  My specific thanks go to Patsy Hurst who was brilliant and I will always be grateful for her support throughout.

Simon Devlin gave a wonderful service from the first time he contacted us. He get us updated,  gave advice and guidance when needed and followed up after the funeral to make sure everything had been as we had discussed. He and his team took some of the stress out of a very difficult time.

The funeral director was amazing, she knew just what we needed, don't know how but when I was feeling low she rang (this happened twice) and made sure I was ok. On the day the lady driver of our car was so good, what a credit to the COOP she is. A truly professional service I would recommend 100%

We recently had the funeral of my much loved Mum. I received outstanding service from Coop Funeral Director Courtney French. She was extremely supportive, very considerate and very kind. Courtney constantly kept me updated with all of the arrangements. She made a very difficult, stressful and sad situation for me so much easier. Courtney and the rest of the staff were very professional and very respectful throughout the planning and the day of the funeral.
We have family in Australia and Courtney went out of her way to set up a ‘WhatsApp’ group with my relatives and was able to ‘live stream’ the funeral service. 
I was able to meet up with Courtney at the office when I collected my Mum’s ashes. Again her support continued. She knew I planned to take half the ashes to Australia. She completed the necessary paperwork and also provided a supporting letter for border control in Australia. Truly outstanding service. Thankyou again.

I was assigned Simon as my contact with Co-op funeral services,  he listened carefully to the family wishes and gave  advice based on those wishes, whilst still allowing our family to make the final choices. He showed respect and compassion and remained in regular contact advising us of the funeral arrangements and timings and guided us through the day itself. 
He followed up with a telephone call the day after the funeral to advise regarding collecting my husband’s ashes.
Simon made  a very emotional and stressful time for our family easier knowing that the funeral arrangements were in professional hands.
