Nicola and Team were compassionate, professional and supportive every step of the way through our Aunts funeral.
The day went to plan and without a hitch. Nicola took the strain away from us so we could celebrate our Aunts life and focus on Family and loved ones.
The flowers were beautiful.

On the whole my funeral arrangements were good but there was some issues with the funeral service due to the chosen humanist and the client was not given second proof , also someone visited Ellis in chapel when should not have as the person was let in before I was telephoned.

From the initial meeting to the final follow up after the service Nichola, the Funeral Director, and her team were totally sympathetic and highly supportive during a difficult time for the family. Everything was carefully planned and flawlessly carried out and we cannot thank them enough. Very special thanks to Nichola for taking on all the stress of organising and directing the funeral - we highly recommend her and her team.

Nichola sold me a plan when i was at my most vunerabke losing my daughter said it would me less than 4.800 .so i thought that sound good i had being quate 4.600 but nichola sold it to me with saying she couod paint handkes on coffin pink put a missing nail on hannah one lot of fkowers free for top of coffin .never once mention order of service not in qith price coukd never contact her i had to ring to find out date if funeral git a message pass to me no email with date got that eventualky qhen chased it up .my freind had said get a funeral director they do everything for you .not a chance i soent a fortune going back n fourth she never mention i coukd have done it at my carisle branch .obviousky did not want to lose commission.i had to get cariske branch onthe monday to do order if service i payed them that has not being taken iff bill i pay 100 pounds .then i find out from carisle branch the finsl charge was 5.555
I thought is this a joke .coukd not get any lower if you tried especially on someone so vunerable .at church music did not play so vicar had to continue with another reading .. she reel me in and ket me down why do nit go near that pkace

Alison is so caring and thoughtful. She arranged everything for us abd nothing was a bother to her. Alison and the staff are wonderful at a very raw and upsetting time. All of my family appreciate what they did for my brother Stephen. Alison arranged the Celebrant - Gail More who is lovely. She made the service personal to us and Stephen. In awful circumstances Alison and Gail led us through absolutely everything. Best wishes and love to Alison, Gail and all of the staff.

Even though our dad had paid for his funeral in advance which helped an awful lot, it felt like there was still a lot to arrange, however the staff at Co op funeral care were a great help, I felt staff provided the right amount of support but also knew how and when to push for further information or details that were needed when they were needed overall an excellent ser
