The service received was both friendly and professional, making the whole process less daunting. Everything was explained in detail,  and as a family, we really couldn’t have managed without their guidance. All staff went above and beyond, and we are especially grateful to Nichola & Lindsay for their patience and understanding. Overall, an excellent service which I would highly recommend.

I just want to say a huge thank you to all who were involved looking after my Dad and giving him the send off he deserved. Gill & Nichola were wonderful, they’re care, compassion and professionalism was amazing. My brother went to see my Dad and said he looked lovely and peaceful. All the drivers were kind and thoughtful too, as were the ladies we dealt with in the office in Windy Nook. Thank you again, I couldn’t recommend The Co op funeral home enough. From start to finish the service was outstanding. Our family were treated with dignity, respect and consummate professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble and all our wishes wete met. Jill went over and above and both she and Nichola cared for my Brotber and our Family with respect and care.

Claire Dalton and the team at Gateshead Funeralcare took great care of all of the family during this difficult time. No request was too much for them as we tried to organise the details of the funeral from Gateshead and from home in Ireland while waiting on the funeral date. The care and compassion shown by all of the team was amazing. The quality of the service from start to finish was impeccable with constant communication. We really were in safe hands as we were guided through this difficult time. Thank you to all of the team from our family.
