The staff at Sherlocks were everything that one wants for a Funeral Director They were caring, totally professional but approachable. They listened to me and gave good advice so that I was able to give my husband the funeral I wanted. They had such knowledge and experience that I was able to trust them totally.

Overall the service was good, however some communication of possible video providers was overlooked.
Also we ended up having to transport the coffin flowers from the crematorium to the church ourselves at the last minute.
We did miss not having Clive.

From the very beginning of the process, Sherlock’s were both friendly and professional and took care of everything beautifully. The whole funeral was dealt with so easily and the strain was taken away from me, leaving me to organise the wake etc without having to worry about the funeral side of things. Clive and Maria were on hand to deal with any concerns I had and dealt with things promptly and efficiently. I’m extremely happy with the service I received and would gladly recommend them.

At a time when you need complete professionalism, compassion and support, Sherlocks delivered. From the initial phone call to the formal meeting to decide arrangements it was all done with utmost respect and patience. 
A special mention to Clive who was the lead director on the day. He was always there but never in the way, just perfect and such a gentle man. He was wonderful.

We had two services, a private family cremation and a Church service of remembrance in the afternoon. Sherlocks organized everything perfectly for me, cars, hymn sheets, organist and it was a sad but happy day "enjoyed" by all under the sad circumstances.
