Would not hesitate to use Sherlock again. From start to finish the staff were kind and professional. We used their chapel and it was so nice not to be rushed as we said goodbye to our Dad.

I would have given 5 stars but there was a mix up with the coffin wreaths which meant our personal one was mistakenly replaced by another one intended for a later different funeral. Unfortunately the wrong wreath was purple flowers where we had ordered autumn coloured chrysanthemums and my
mother hated purple. As we had already donated the wreaths to a care home to re-use, we didn't really see our wreath - £85 wasted. Mistakes happen but sad there was nothing personal from us on mum's coffin.
All other aspects of the service provided were excellent, efficient and well
communicated.

They helped us through the tears, hugging us when it all got too much but always acting with utmost gentle professionalism. Together, with Sherlocks help, we had a funeral that was everything we wanted - personal, filled with love and smiles but above all a celebration of my brother’s life.

Everything was as wanted, nothing was too much trouble, and everyone involved was absolutely wonderful, particularly Mollie, who even phoned on the Sunday to make sure I had no last minute questions or concerns.
