Mum has used Sherlocks before. It put our minds at rest how helpful and caring they are. Everything ran so smoothly it made it so much easier for us at a difficult time. Couldn't recommend them enough.

The service I received from Sherlocks was superb.  They anticipated my needs and we’re always attentive and caring, and I never felt rushed when making a decision.  They helped me to choose the perfect style of coffin and everything was organised by them, taking all the pressure from me.  The funeral itself went without a hitch, the head pallbearer shook my hand and I was left with the feeling that I was treated almost like family, not just the next number on the list.  Thank you so much Sherlocks, nobody does it better. x

Could not have been more satisfied with service from Sherlocks, from beginning to end. Everything was conducted sensitively and efficiently . The service itself was moving and all we desired as a fitting celebration of our loved one.

Sherlocks were very empathetic, respectful and made a difficult time so much easier. All the pressure of organising a funeral was taken away, from the initial appointment where any issues were sympathetically and easily sorted. To on the day being contacted on the morning letting us know everything was organised and that Adam would be there to look after us. He certainly did that excellently. I am full of praise for how Sherlocks arranged my brother, Rob Banner's funeral. Maria and Kelly were so caring and accommodating. I needed to postpone the funeral, as my husband wasn't well. Maria assured me this wasn't a problem, and would "look after Rob" until I was ready to go ahead, which was a great comfort. Kelly was so helpful and reassuring also and the lady who did the music was spot on. Thank you all so much. Rob's funeral went as well or better than I could have hoped for. Christine

A first rate service from start to finish. Provided for everything we asked for in an efficient manner. The lead up to funeral admin processes were smooth and the team that attended the funeral were excellent. Adam - the team leader on the day was helpful and comforting, meeting all our needs.
