Kelly and the team were recommended by both friends and family and I couldn’t have chosen better.  They were kind and compassionate whilst providing the most professional service.  Nothing was too much trouble, we were never ever made to feel rushed during the whole process.  The funeral was wonderfully traditional as per our wishes,  and the small touches they suggested were just perfect.  I would highly recommend Sherlocks to take care of your loved one on their final journey.

I couldn't have been supported more in my time of grief. Sherlocks took on as much or as little of the admin work as I wished to pass over. They were considerate, polite and prompt.
I thoroughly recommend them to anyone who would like their loved one to be cared for with consideration and dignity.

We have found the whole process from the initial meeting right through to the delivery of the service and graveside to be excellent.
 We were treated with compassion and understanding and there was respect for our uncle and the wishes of our family throughout.

Sherlock's have supported me for both my parents now sadly, but they are a real support in what is a very hard time. They help with all you need to organise and approach everything in a respectful way. Our contact was quick to respond and on the day called to double check all was as expected and their gentlemen in charge of the service gave us, as a family, a real sense of security as they supported us through what needed to be done, but again in a respectful gentle and calm way. Maria extended a welcome and hospitality to us on every visit to the premises, dealt with all requests and arrangements in a professional manner and was always considerate to our needs. We found the private chapel at  South Street perfect for our needs, and there were no problems about parking, sourcing music, meeting guests etc.

The whole process from planning to the actual day was made easier with the help of the dedicated staff. The chapel of rest provided the perfect venue for a respectful service and our celebrant carried out Mum’s wishes perfectly.
