Stoneman Funeral Service purchased Sherlock and Sons Funeral Directors in Dorking in 2010. An established family business that has been serving the Community of Dorking for over 100 years. The two families now work closely together to provide a quality service to bereaved families in their time of need.

The staff at Sherlock’s were kind, supportive and attentive. We walked in off the street and they saw us immediately, with no appointment. They stayed in close contact with us throughout, promptly answering any emails or telephone calls.

Maria & the whole team were soo supportive & so helpful at was a most difficult time. On the day of the funeral Clive took the time to call me to introduce himself so I knew I had a point of contact on the day.
