Robson Funeral Services of Minehead have been truly brilliant from start to finish. I had no prior experience of organizing a funeral but Nick Rayfield and his team were very professional and took good care of the process. The funeral service was a very dignified affair and I am eternaly grateful for the skill and professionalism of this company.

Following our auntie’s passing, Robson Funeral Services have been brilliant with the aftercare and her funeral arrangements.

Everything was done in a very compassionate, sensitive and professional way, and nothing was too much trouble for Mark and his caring team.

The attention to detail with all of the arrangements was exceptional, and Mark’s experience, knowledge and advice, took the pressure off the family during a difficult time.

On the 9th March 2025 l made a phone call to mark to ask for his assistance as our brother had passed away. 
His prompt and efficient response came and Orlando and mark arrived at 1am 
As a family we just wanted to say a huge thank you for taking care of our brother Jon who had peacefully passed away at my home .
The organisation of the funeral went so smoothly and at all times the communication was exceptional.
Little did we know we would require the services once again in such a short time frame after losing my husband in January 2024 and previously our mum in 2020.

The overwhelming passion Mark and his team have is exceptional so we would like to express our deepest gratitude once again.

Orlando was very professional and managed the arrangements with exceptional tact and courtesy. This was even though I live a long way from my father's home and all my dealings with Orlando were carried out remotely. It was a pleasure finally to meet on the day of Dad's funeral. The funeral itself passed off very smoothly under Orlando's direction, leaving me to focus on grieving, and being able to say farewell to my father.

When one deals with the very sudden passing of a parent, you need to have someone to reassure you and provide the support and information to plan what's needed. The team at Oak, especially Orlando were just what we needed as a family. Assured, professional and friendly. Understanding what you are going through, what you need and want to plan was there from the start. We can definitely recommend their service. We have used Oak for both our parents. Nothing seemed to be an obstacle, there was clear information about the process and timely responses to questions. The respect for our Dad was perfect.

I could not have asked more from Orlando.  Super kind and attentive from the outset with the upmost sensitivity. I am lucky in that this is the first time I have had to organise a funeral and it felt daunting but Orlando patiently and kindly guided us through it and took care of us in the process.  We genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. I am so thankful that mum had him looking after her.
