Mark was amazing through the whole process from the day of nans passing up until the funeral. He’s been there for the family, looked after nan so well and made us all feel assured and confident that her body was safe and looked after. He took all the families considerations into account when planning the funeral and made it a very special day to celebrate nans life and for all the family.

I have nothing but praise for all the team at Robson & Stephens. The service we received and the care and understanding throughout the whole process was brilliant. We were always treated as a valued client and everything was communicated clearly by Mark. We always felt involved and that it was as much for us the family as it was for my beloved wife, Bet.

I cannot recommend Mark and his team highly enough, their professionalism and caring is first class.

Mark, as primary contact and Funeral Director, has a personal and extremely caring touch, which the family were fortunate to have experienced prior to the passing of my Mum, who had been suffering from a long illness.

From the moment Mum was taken into Mark's care from our home, and throughout all of the planning to make the celebration of her life a truly wonderful and uplifting ceremony, his attention to detail was second to none.

The peace, reassurance and tranquillity was a truly wonderful thing to feel knowing Mum was in the best hands possible.

All the staff we met and engaged with throughout the whole process were very professional and friendly - they did a magnificent job in organising everything for the funeral for my father from start to finish - keeping us informed at every stage - we would highly recommend this company, excellent service. Mark could not have done any more for us as a family or our deceased relative. When we asked for the impossible he said yes and when a step further and offered more.

Marie at Robson and Stephens, was brilliant, kind, helpful, and very professional.
She helped us with everything that needed addressing, and sorted it with no problems. Communication was always there.
It's a difficult time for us all, but with the funeral and other bits taken care of by Marie. We were able too focus on dad, rather than paperwork. Excellent service

The Celebration of Life Service went ahead exactly as planned: use of meticulous detail and sincere compassion was portrayed by all staff throughout the planning and organisation stages. A week past the end of the service, they continue on to support us even now.

Having lost our mother suddenly, we were overwhelmed at creating a service that would truly reflect our love and tribute her in such a personal way. Robson and Stephens made this possible.

They are an incredible team, providing the most impeccable customer service and could not recommend them highly enough. The local community are lucky to have such a service available to them. The personal attention, guidance and support they provided, carried us through such a tough time. Everything they pulled together for us was perfect. I sadly lost my brother recently which is the hardest thing I have ever been through Mr Robson made it a easy and flawless took all the stress away. The funeral went seamless even though there was lots of little moving parts as a veterans funeral with piper band and the last stand. I am pleased that my brother had the best send off ever.
