From the very first time I met Orlando,until the very last time I saw him, he was amazing in every aspect and detail both professionally and personally in arranging my mums funeral.
nothing was too much trouble, Orlando went above and beyond what I expected, even working from home on many occasions to make sure my mums funeral went smoothly.
On the day of my mums funeral my family and me were so happy how nice and organised everything was ,I  had many compliments from lots of the family even a few days after how nice the send off was.
Emma Britton the celebrant who took the service was so lovely.
I would recommend Robsons and Stephen’s to anyone, hopefully I won’t have to use a funeral director for a long time but this is the only people I would ever use.

Mark was extremely kind and efficient about the arrangements and help me get the paper work filled in. His colleague who dropped the ashes off on our remote farm was very kind too. I felt they both went to the extra length at a difficult time for us and at the same time, in spite of a lovely customer service, the price was reasonable.

Thank you for such a caring, professional service. From the moment I rang Robson Stephens to inform them of Dave's passing, to even today, when we are a week after the funeral, the care continues. Mark did a wonderful job at organising my mom's funeral. From the first consultation, he welcomed me and my family with compassion and was very clear and thorough at making sure everything was exactly as we wanted. He gave regular communication throughout the organisation process, which reassured us that everything would be done right. On the day of the funeral, he was thoroughly professional and made the day run very smoothly. Highly recommended.

From the moment I first spoke to Mark Robson I knew I had chosen well. Mark is dedicated, compassionate and caring. He supported me through the arrangements I needed to make, he organised the music, the flowers and also arranged a Celebrant for the Service. Marie, our Celebrant was wonderful, caring and so very kind to us on the day, and a beautiful speaker.
Nothing was too much trouble for these two.

The moment I reached out to Mark to take care of the sudden passing of my step dad and husband to my mother, nothing was to much trouble.
The compassion and care he showed to us as a family, was unbelievable.
We were guided by Mark every step of the way, he was so sensitive to our needs of our loved one I'm glad we chose him to take care and attention to our most precious loved one.
He helped liaise with the hospital, and guided us through the mind field of when someone passes and what to do.
I would have no hesitation to use Mark and his team to help us if we require his services again.
