Mark Robson and his team did the most wonderful job for us. Due to the particularly tragic circumstances, the family were deeply distressed and I cannot thank Mark enough for his sensitivity and professionalism. I couldn't have asked for a more special service that truly reflected my son's life and Mark made it happen exactly as I had hoped.

My father recently passed and had purchased a funeral plan with Robson & Stephens. From the initial meeting Mark and Orlando's guidance and compassion has been first class. No matter what time of the day or night I had a contact so if I had any questions they would be answered. We choose to hold the service at the funeral directors, there was around 26 of us. Orlando led this and added a few finising touches we did not know of which made us smile and were personal to Dad. A moving and touching service was given and I cannot thank Orlando and Marie enough, my dad would have been honoured.

From my first contact Mark was excellent.  He communicated via WhatsApp as that's what I preferred, made sure I knew exactly what was happening and organised everything exactly as I asked.  We just missed the February storms but he checked on the Sunday that we were happy to go ahead the next day with the weather being so bad.  Our vicar was also impressed with him.  The bearers were smart and polite, the hearse spotless despite the weather. Mark and his team were so professional and caring. The service room was perfect for the occasion as was the catering. It made it possible for the family to chat together without having to make way for the next funeral and the provision of the webcam enabled others to view from as far away as America. He booked everything for us, including the celebrant, flowers, etc. We chose to use the room they have at the Funeral Director's, which was ideal for our requirements. A first class service from start to finish. Our mother's funeral had unforseen complications, but Mark and his team guided us through the difficult process with professionalism and care ensuring the process was as stress-free and smooth as possible.

Robson & Stephens were absolutely wonderful from the very first phone call, right up to the funeral service itself. Mark had the utmost compassion and sympathy for us all as a family, when dealing with the sad passing of my Dad and the grief that came with it. With my sister in New Zealand and unable to attend the service in person, Mark ensured she was part of the funeral arrangements from the very beginning. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he always put us at ease with his charming personality, which in very difficult circumstances can be a real comfort. I would not hesitate in recommending Mark and his team at Robson & Stephens, they were first class and very professional.
