We had a wonderful send off for our dad thanks to Robson and Stephens. Mark made us feel at ease throughout the process, we can’t thank them all enough.

The funeral director was kind and compassionate. He discussed all of our options sensitively and was accommodating to all of our requests. He kept constant contact with the family and didn’t proceed without checking we were happy with everything.
On the day of the funeral he was brilliant. He was kind and thoughtful and gently lead us through the proceedings explaining what was happening. We also appreciated his humour, which lightened the mood at just the right times!
Mark has continued to keep in touch with the family which has been appreciated.
We would absolutely recommend the services of Robson and Stephen who gave Dad exactly the send off that we wanted him to have.

My late father's funeral was the second that Mark Robson personally managed and directed, after my mother passed away a couple of years ago. Mark organised absolutely everything for both, making such difficult and upsetting times for my wife and I so much easier. Mark is so kind, sympathetic and considerate, I couldn't recommend anyone better to handle such delicate matters at such a stressful time. Thank you again Mark!

First of all I wanted to say a massive thank you to mark for everything he done for me and my family during a very difficult time.
Mark has done amazing work with several of my family members funerals including my sons. After losing my son we was very stressed about the whole planning of his funeral but after getting reassured by mark over a meeting he made me feel less stressed. With the help of mark I was able to grieve instead of stressing over the funeral.  Mark was able to reach our standards of what we wanted to say goodbye to my son. Mark was very understanding of the goals we wanted! We was worried about the cost and not being able to give our boy a good send of but mark helped with that and made it happen so our boy got the send of he deserved and more 

He wasn’t just a funeral director he was also a friend helping us through the hardest time of our life’s 

He also took care of our boy and made sure he was presentable every time we visited so we would remember him as he was 

Honestly thank you so much to mark and Robson & Stephen’s funeral service for the love and support through this time

Mark and his team from Robson & Stephens have been unbelievably fantastic throughout the whole process. From their removal and care of Mum right through to the funeral itself, absolutely top class. The attention to detail and added personal touches made everything beyond perfect.

My Dad had a really lovely experience when he and his sister had to make arrangements for their Brother Derek. So when we devastatingly lost Dad, his wishes were to use Robson and Stephens. I'm so glad he did as the support we received from even the first phone to request their services was 'easy'. Orlando was a voice of comfort at the darkest of times. He and the team collected my Dad with with the greatest of respect and he called when they arrived with Dad at their premises.

Mark is an absolute saint and I'll be forever grateful for his professionalism, his reassurance and his understanding when perhaps, the family dynamic is a little complicated.

Losing my Dad has been and continues to be the absolute worst. But, in those days where arrangements needed to be made, and the support given after, and since has been invaluable.

Thank you Mark and Orlando. I will forever remember you both as a light in my most darkest of times.

R & S Funeral services at a very difficult time made every thing that needed to be done happen. We had a friends and neighbours service in the chapel up stairs on the premises on the Friday , then my wife was taken to London on the Monday where most of the family are for my wife’s cremation services.

After a very painful few months of losing my best friend I came across Robson & Stephen’s Funeral Service. After a phone call with Orlando plans for my best friends funeral was under way. And the months of built up stress had gone. 
Orlando - Has to be one of the nicest people I’ve ever come across. He made the day so special even down to every little detail. He was always just a phone call away if i needed anything. I don’t think I can put into words how compassionate and caring he is. In such a dark and horrible time with the odds stacked against me he was the one bit of hope I had and he made a time of darkness turn into a time of light and hope. I don’t think words could really be put into how grateful I am for everything he done. 
Mark- He is also one of the nicest people. To every little detail he put in to making this day happen. He somehow even managed to make me smile during the hardest of days. He really did help make the day come together and make it run so smoothly. I really cannot thank him enough for everything he done to help make this day stress free. 
I will never be able to put into words how grateful I am for Orlando & Mark and everything they did to make Billy’s day so special! A time of my life which will always be a sad memory has been added with some memories of happiness and hope and that’s thanks to both of them. I don’t think a simple thankyou will ever be enough! I don’t think I would have been able to make it to the day let alone through the day without you both! So thankyou!! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I wish to say a big thank you from all the family, Orlando was great so kind and compassionate. He made the whole process stress free which that alone made a big difference. I really appreciated all his help and care he took with dad. Big thank you to Bill the driver, such a nice person. I received such a warm and friendly welcome when I collected Patrick's ashes, which were carefully presented. Everyone there are so approachable and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend their services, they gave my brother a wonderful send off which I and my family are truly thankful for.

Mark has advised on pretty much everything and guided us through the process and what we needed to do with regards every aspect of laying our dearest friend to rest. He is empathetic, kind and generous with his time and making sure everything was perfect for her family and friends. You could not be in better hands with Mark. He's the most thoughtful man I've ever met.

I could not recommend Mark Robson more, at the most stressful and upsetting time in my life, he was there to walk me through every step, and at my own pace .
Mark was kind, caring and considerate from the day my Dear husband passed until after the funeral and taking such care when returning the ashes to my home.
On the day, I was more than impressed with the arrangements, the beautifully presented Funeral pamphlet, presented to mourners upon arrival together with a little card seeded with spring flower seeds and a paper handkerchief, so thoughtful.
The photographic montage was so well presented together with my choice of music and the support given to myself and friends on the day of the funeral could not have been better.
Mark merits a 10/10 from me and 5 Gold Stars.

Extremely happy with the help and support that was extended to us to guide us through the paper work, manage all the arrangements, and support us with compassion through the whole occasion, truly commendable service. The funeral day went very smoothly, aided by the perfect weather, so we managed to lay our mother to rest with the dignity and care she deserved.
