My father’s was handled expertly by Mark and his team.  From the first moment we met, I was very impressed by Mark’s professionalism and compassion.  It made the whole process seamless and much easier to deal with.  The funeral itself was beautifully choreographed.  I highly recommend Mark and his team. As a family we are indebted to Mark, Emma and his team. Our Mum and Dad passed within two months of each other. Our dad passed first, and Mark was there every step of the way providing support, guidance and comfort to the family.

My dad’s funeral was respectful, dignified and a wonderful celebration of his life. When my mum passed soon after, it was never in question that Mark and his team would again be there for our family.

My mum’s funeral was wonderful and a joy full celebration of her life. Mark is a consummate professional, his ability to make a very emotional and difficult time easier is testament to his kindness and experience.

Mark leads a team that are caring, supportive and above all hold a level of compassion that is truly heartfelt. The informality, the relaxed approach and the diligence spoke volumes and provided great comfort to the family.

Mark and his team delivered what we needed as a family and throughout provided an exceptional service. The personal touch and understanding was exemplary.

To go the extra mile is ingrained deep within the ethos of Robson & Stevens Independent Funeral Family services, and was evident from the outset, which in turn provided great reassurance when we needed it most.

As a family we could not have asked for anymore, we, along with Mark and his team gave our parents the absolute best send off and they would have been proud.

It is not everyday you meet a person so dedicated to the service of others, especially in death, but Mark is that man. Mark and his team are the embodiment of all that is good in this world, and they give this willingly without question.

Robson & Stevens Funeral Services were absolutely amazing. We needed to have the funeral at very short notice and Mark sorted everything out. He took all the pressure of us and got everything done. We especially loved his kindness and care throughout the whole process. He is a through professional from start to finish. We felt very well looked after. The premises was warm and welcoming, with all the latest tech, like streaming, music videos etc. On top of all this they were incredibly good value. We wholeheartedly recommend Mark and his team. They are superb.

I highly recommend Robers &  Stephens. Funeral directors. Mark help me so much through my auntie funeral never didn’t know we’re to start l was so upset at this time & mark was there supporting me though everything l needed to do my auntie had a lovely funeral a lot of people said it was a beautiful send off wish help me though this really sad time thanks to robers & Stephens for being there for me & my family highly recommended

I just wanted to personally thank Orlando and others at the Minehead office for their professionalism and empathetic approach to our Mums funeral. They were always there to offer advice and respond diligently to our questions . They ensured all our family’s requirements were dealt with, from visits to the chapel of rest at inconvenient hours to the actual service which was exactly as we all wished for.

From the moment we met Marie and her team at Robson & Stephens, we knew we were in good hands.

Everything was done so professionally but still had care towards everyone's feelings.

Although it was hard saying goodbye, Marie made everything so easy to bear.

Marie took the service and there was not a dry eye in sight, everyone said it was a beautiful send-off.

Thank you so much for everything you did to help us give Cara the send-off she deserved and for the bookmarks with Cara's poem on them.

This is the third time my family have used Robson & Stephens as our funeral director and I honestly wouldn’t even consider using anyone else.
