Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, all the staff at the Prescot directors couldn’t do enough for you, nothing was a problem, Ann and Lois who dealt with us were amazing as were all the drivers on the day of the funeral, they put us at ease as soon as they arrived and continued to be professional and respectful throughout the day.

Excellent service from Lois, Amy and all the staff there at Debbie Bennetts. They made us feel completely comfortable and relaxed and there wasn't anything they wouldn't do. My mum had a lovely send off which was all that mattered. Big hug for Dinky too.

Debbie Bennett’s were excellent throughout the whole process. They took such good care of my mum with so much love & respect. The ladies in the office were there for me whenever I had any questions. The funeral was arranged with a beautiful service and the undertaker David and drivers On the day were so lovely on such a hard day for our family.. Amy McDowell the celebrant gave such a fitting service.. Just no problems at all, I would definitely recommend Debbie Bennett’s for anyone who needs their services in the future.. 1st class x

From our very first meeting to the day of the funeral nothing was to much trouble.. 
They really care and it shows. Every request was met and the care they show to the deceased is outstanding..

On the day of funeral we were looked after by Carl who made what was a difficult time stress free..

We couldn't have picked a more caring and professional funeral directors. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Every query we made was answered to put us completely in the picture. The funeral itself went perfectly and all the bearers and drivers were immaculately dressed. No unpolished shoes there. Debbie Bennett and her staff were so caring. Special thank to Ann who we met to arrange the funeral and David who made the day go so smoothly.

From beginning to end the staff of Debbie Bennett Funeral Directors in both Rainhill and Prescot were marvelous in helping myself and my family plan my hysbands Funeral. They were not only professional but extremely warm and caring throughout this very difficult process. From planning of the funeral and burial to the actual service on the day I cannot praise them highly enough. The guys who drove the cars and Gemma were amazing to all my family and showed such care and compassion it really helped us through an awful sad day. To anyone who is in need of this service I would definitely recommend Debbie Bennett Funeral Directors as the people who work there really will look after you and guide you through one of the most difficult times of your life

Outstanding support to me from the UK to Australia to help set everything up respectfully and helped me in person when I arrived. Seamless process with dignity for my Uncle and personal service to me. Highly recommend them. Staff at St Helens Crematorium were excellent as well.

Ann, lois and Gemma always went above and beyond. The whole process was so easy and so dignifying for dinny (my dad). Thanks for making him look his best. The lads (John Duffy and co) ..Wow, they sure did keep us going on the day. Your team were born to do the jobs you do. Making us laugh in our darkest hours and holding our hands through the funeral. Keeping us brave whilst letting us grieve and supplying us with cough sweets, water and their humour (the only downfall was they didnt have a spare pair of tights as mine were laddered ha). Feels so strange to say this but we had such a lovely day thanks to you guys. We appreciate you all. The Cain family.

Having just lost my sister we were recommended to use Debbie Bennett’s funeral directors by a friend and were delighted by the care and professionalism that they gave us in all aspects of their service.
