From start to finish everyone was very professional. Lois was lovely and helped us through a difficult process of arranging the funeral with compassion and guidance along the way. On the day John was really friendly and professional and helped us to relax as best we could on the day and everything went even better than we expected. Everyone kept us up to date on all the processes along the way and we could not have picked anyone better to help us lay my sister to rest. Thank you for all your kindness and for making a difficult time feel easier with your professionalism and care.

We received amazing professional and compassionate service from Debbie Bennett, Funeral Directors in Prescott. Her daughter Gemma with Lois and Sophie arranged the horse and carriage, doves, piper and the service, with music and photographs, at Greenacres, Rainhill. Dave the celebrant spent time with us at home and delivered a lovely and moving eulogy, getting laughs and tears - and a round of applause. John managed the day and got us through it with his understanding style. We were with the very best, at the time we needed it most.

From the initial call to the follow up meeting and subsequent updates was all stress free and an easy to follow guideline. The whole team were fantastic and the actual funeral ran perfectly. After using Debbie Bennett’s for my Dads funeral 3 years ago, I knew we was going to be looked after when planning my mums funeral they handle everything with such care and sensitivity always someone to answer any questions we had nothing was to much trouble. I would to take this opportunity the thank each and every person who supported me over the last few weeks to organise my dads funeral. The love care, empathy and dignity they shown was second to none. They felt like part of my family, my Dad was laid to rest in the Chapel and the respect he was shown outstanding, you really have no idea how difficult it was to lose my dad and I never thought I’d ever be able to do this.
