Without doubt the staff at Debbie Bennett's helped to guide and support us through the loss of our beloved mum Jean .

From the first moment we stepped into the Prescot office they were kind compassionate and showed a wonderful human side to what they do . Their professionalism shone through in all of our dealings with them .

We as a family could not asked for a better service.

We can’t thank them enough every person we met treated us with care, compassion, respect and understanding. Can’t remember all names but Carl, Lois, Debbie and Steven exceptional Nothing was too much trouble. Lois and Debbie even came outside the office when we were driving past. Little thing which a massive impact. We know our dad was looked after from the minute he left his home until the day of the funeral. We will never forget how you made us feel . Thanks for dressing dad appropriately for his final Benidorm journey.

The staff were extremely friendly and immediately put us at ease at a most distressing time. They were also very knowledgeable and came up with many helpful suggestions. Our list of requirements was quite extensive and they excelled themselves at meeting every one with a smile. The venues were absolutely superb and everything went without a hitch. Well done to you all.

The people in Debbie Bennett’s in particular Anne took wonderful care of my mum and a special thank you to I think his name is David the funeral director on the day although there was a few hiccups he made sure he sorted it out for us she had the best send if we could of imagined so thank you

I can't praise these people at Debbie Bennetts Funeral Directors (Prescot Branch) enough, from the the girls at the funeral office, to the hearse and car drivers.They are kind, friendly, thoughtfull and tactfull. They handled everything, advised us and pointed us in the right direction at such a sad time. I would recommend them to everyone. *****

The service went as well as could have hoped. It was a very sad day but we were not stressed about the organisation. Carl was wonderful and deeply respectful. We couldn't fault him nor any of the other staff. We have and will continue to recommend your services to others

Debbie and her staff were amazing from start to finish,they looked after us and especially Amanda.The respect they had during this sad time and during Amanda's funeral was unbelievable.There just arent enough words to say how greatful and thankful we all are you did an amazing job and went above and veyond for Amanda. Debbie Bennett funeral directors has got to be the best I've ever dealt with for family. From the day I rang them to the day of the funeral which was held at greenacres they were very professional but also compassionate full of empathy and we were never rushed to make any decisions there and then. Everything just flowed naturally as they organised the relevant people for us,from phone calls to actual face to face and the day of the funeral the staff were totally amazing, caring and very patient I would recommend Debbie Bennett immensely and the whole family of Danny would like to say a big thankyou to everyone at Debbie Bennett you are all amazing thanks 👍 JB 💕
