From the middle of the night call at the nursing home, thru the face-2-face family initial meeting, to visiting the chapel, the day of the funeral & drivers, & finally picking up the ashes, the staff have been nothing but warm yet professional, supporting & guiding us thru this sad & tricky process. Outstanding service. & by far the most competitive cost-wise when comparing with previous family funerals.

The team at Debbie Bennett supported us really well throughout the whole process. I could always call Lois if I had any issues and John and Dave took great  care of us on the day of the funeral. My husband died suddenly at work and the shock was immense,but from the first phone call Debbie and her team were amazing, the kindness and empathy i received pulled me threw, they sorted everything. From our first initial appointment with Lois at the Prescot Branch we were treated with amazing care & compassion. We were kept upto date with all the process along the way until the day of my husbands funeral. We had a visit from the gentleman in charge of running the day the day before the funeral, so on the day we knew exactly what to expect. The 2 gentleman driving the funeral cars were lovely put us at ease and somehow knew exactly what to say. We'd definitely recommend these lovely helpful & caring people .

Dear Debbie this is just to say how overwhelmed I have been in the service in that your staff provided to both Susan and myself husband. Your driver's and John were exceptional you made a very sad day a bearable one. Also the office were amazing looking after me when wheelchair bound making sure I got in and out of the office safely. Absolutely 5* service in a very hard situation. Right from the moment we met Lois and the team at the Prescott branch they gave 100%. My grandfather insisted on starting the arrangements the morning after we lost nan but as soon as he walked in to the branch everything got too much and he took a funny turn. They immediately sat him down got water and gave him all the time he needed. They also understood this was going to be too much for him and didn't hesitate liasing with me instead (granddaughter). They took us home from that appointment as I had said we would get a taxi home. Absolutely nothing was too much for them and in the chapel of rest nanny looked so perfect I actually had to stop myself from thinking I could see her just sleeping. The care they put into their clients is clear to see from start to finish and I will forever be thankful for what they have done for my family.
