Nothing was to much trouble. My dad's funeral was so lovely.His coffin looked beautiful they way they set the flowers 💐 special thanks to gemma&Lois for there help.i will recommend this funeral directors to family &friends. Xxx

Ann, lois and Gemma always went above and beyond. The whole process was so easy and so dignifying for dinny (my dad). Thanks for making him look his best. The lads (John Duffy and co) ..Wow, they sure did keep us going on the day. Your team were born to do the jobs you do. Making us laugh in our darkest hours and holding our hands through the funeral. Keeping us brave whilst letting us grieve and supplying us with cough sweets, water and their humour (the only downfall was they didnt have a spare pair of tights as mine were laddered ha). Feels so strange to say this but we had such a lovely day thanks to you guys. We appreciate you all. The Cain family.

Having just lost my sister we were recommended to use Debbie Bennett’s funeral directors by a friend and were delighted by the care and professionalism that they gave us in all aspects of their service.
Ann Carl and all the staff that we dealt could not have done more to make the day run more smoothly and left us with warm memories of the day.

They are fantastic, so understanding they make such a hard situation much more comfortable, nothing was too much! no questions not answered, help at any time or point, they cared for our loved one like their own, every single person that helped with our loved ones funeral was extremely caring and made it feel like it was all about our loved one it really helped us. The staff are absolutely amazing as a family we could have done it without them! They helped at every point and  always there for us.

Debbie Bennett Funeral Directors in Prescot were outstanding in helping us as a family arrange my mums funeral.

On our first visit we meet with Ann who guided and supported us through the planning of mum's funeral with expertise, compassion, understanding and kindness.

Ann also looked after my mum with such respect ensuring she looked perfect every time the family visited and that we were never rushed while spending time with her before the final goodbye.

Tony Packwood who was the celebrant for mums service also showed the same compassion and kindness as Ann and all the staff at Debbie Bennetts meeting with the family to get a true sense of who mum was which allowed the service to be a celebration of mums life.

Rob Solomon who completed our order of services was amazing and took the time to recommend small personal touches.

Ann and the team at Debbie Bennetts are amazing and offer a truly personal first class service and I would highly recommend them.

From moment we contacted Debbie Bennett Independent Funeral Directors asking for quotes etc for Mums funeral the staff was nothing but friendly and even when something seemed stupid to ask ot was still bo trouble for them. Then on the day of mums funeral John was amazing and conducted everything so professionally and again nothing was a bother to them. All the staff at Debbie Bennett went above and beyond and still did after the funeral. Myself and my dad and sisters was amazed by the service provided and how well it was provided.

Couldn’t fault the service we received from all at Debbie Bennett. From the girls in the office to the FD and staff on day of funeral . Nothing was too  much trouble and no hiccups whatsoever. Would highly recommend them at such a sad time .
