Thank you to Debbie and the whole team - Lois, Aimee, Eileen, David and everyone else at prescot branch. I can’t thank them all enough for looking after us and my mum after her passing.

They really made a hard time that little bit easier. So professional, caring, empathetic and friendly - nothing was too much trouble and communication was fantastic if needed them. 

I’ve thanked them enough in person but they really are the best at what they do and taking care of our loved ones on their final Journey so thank you again! Amy xx

High quality service, support and professionalism were evident throughout. Lois, who helped us arrange our mum's funeral, was so helpful. The communication was first class and the arrangements were exactly what we wanted. At such a stressful time, having Debbie Bennett's organise the funeral was such a relief. The funeral service was hosted by a celebrant, Dave. This was arranged through Debbie Bennett's too. Dave was professional, sensitive to our needs and made a difficult day much easier to deal with. We'd recommend using Debbie Bennett's without reservation

They are very happy to help with anything and give suggestions where appropriate. I’d definitely recommend them to everyone. My husband’s funeral went smoothly with Dave at the helm. He led us all in a very caring and lovely way. He is a credit to the team. However they are all really nice and caring. Couldn’t have been looked after better by Lois in the office. This review is very similar to the last one I left as sadly we had two unexpected deaths in the family within the space of three weeks.

Once again, everything was so well handled and all of the staff I dealt with gave me great confidence that I was in good hands.

The attention to detail is what stood out to me the most. On the day of the funeral the weather was terrible but the funeral director and the drivers were at the front door of the house giving everybody umbrellas while getting completely drenched themselves.
This is only a small point but it made a difference and was very much appreciated.

Once again, I wouldn't hesitate at all in recommending Debbie Bennett funeral directors - We're lucky to have these wonderfully caring people in our area.

My family used the same firm of funeral directors for over 60 years but we were badly let down by them last Christmas time.
Last month we had a sudden death in the family and needed to find a company to look after the arrangements. I'd heard good things about this company and it was all true and more.
Everything was brilliant from the word go.
Lois sat down with me to go through everything and she was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, she kept me up to date with everything and she was really warm and friendly.

On the day of the funeral Carl looked after things and again he was fantastic. Calm, dignified and above all professional.

Everything went as well as it possibly could do and they made a stressful time much easier.

I cant thank them enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The most caring staff from the moment david arrived at my home to take peter the actual funeral was so professional they took care of everything for me people who attended peters funeral have asked me who the funeral director was and commented how loverly it was I cannot thank debbie and her staff enough

The day my dad passed we rang Debbie Bennet and within a couple of hours they were at the house and moved my dad to his place of rest. They were kind and courteous, next day at their office in Prescot they sorted everything within an hour and took all the stress off us , everyone commented on what a classy send off he had , we owe a huge thanks to Debbie and her staff , and we would highly recommend them. We will also be taking a funeral plan with asap

What can I say?
They were fantastic since the day I contacted them.
I contacted them before the passing of my loved one as he was deteriorating fast and was given days to live.
Lois was fantastic and welcomed me and made me feel part of the family.
The day after the passing I went into their Prescot branch and Lois was able to give me an appointment for the next day.
On the day of the appointment Lois gave us all the details and adapted to us on what we wanted for our loved one.
She was able to give us all the details and the procedure to everything.
30 minutes after the appointment we had a date for the funeral to take place.
During the process to bring the loved one at their branch it was easy and they adapted to us to go and see our loved one and different times during the day.
On the day of the funeral it was so perfect, the drivers and care takers were amazing, they made us feel at ease.
The service cards and memory cards were amazing and we loved it.
The service was amazing, the speaker was amazing and we could at not done anymore to make our loved one proud.
I would recommend them 100% they done us proud and made us feel welcome and at ease.

Debbie Bennett Funeral Directors in Prescot  were excellent. . All the staff were kind, compassionate and understanding. From the moment we first rang for help the service provided was professional and faultless. They guided us every step of the way with excellent communication, clear information and quick responses to our questions. They paid attention to detail and were thoughtful in every way, even the music playing in their chapel of rest. The staff  made such a daunting and difficult time so much easier.
