Debbie Bennett independent funeral directors bootle are just amazing my dad went into there care 9months ago they were fabulous when my mum passed away in February as you can imagine our hearts were broken but Terri Anne and the team were just amazing so compassionate nothing was too much trouble they ensured my mum had the best send off what she truly deserved. Carl and the lads were just so lovely and it was quite fitting as they were there for dad's journey and now mums we had same driver dave who is a legend. Carl was that thoughtful all pall bearers wore lilac ties to match our colour theme and Carl even suggested dad's casket rode I'm hearse next to mum on final journey it was just perfect .
Even now funeral is over Terri Anne keeps in touch see how all bearing up and sent beautiful card .
Thsnkyou so much you are all angels 😇

Debbie Bennett’s were amazing and took all the stress out of arranging my mums funeral. We had no idea where to start or what to order/what we wanted with everything being so sudden. Terri-Ann took over everything and the whole process was so much easier to handle and deal with.

This is the first time I had ever dealt with loss so I didnt know where to start but the girls at DBs where amazing from start to finish, were always contactable when I needed them and kept me up to date straight away with every step ie collecting my nan into their care, letting us know all the arrangements & order of service books were ready and then collection of my nans ashes. They even transferred her into a urn we had purchased. I highly recommend this business and I don't think I would go anywhere else now when i need a FD again. Cant thank you enough! XXX

The dignity, care, and most of all time Wendy and Joanne gave us during the loss of Thomas was absolutely amazing can’t thank them enough, also the way they led us up to the funeral was fantastic explaining to us about flowers pictures and also choosing Tony packwood  to lead the service was unbelievable. We had my Uncles funeral on Friday, both Joanne and Terrianne were so professional and talked us through every step of the way, on the day of the funeral, Joanne and staff couldn’t have been more perfect, they made a very upsetting day flawless and stress free.
