I can’t speak highly enough of  Joanne and terriann in the bootle branch. They have gone above and beyond for our mum and our family. 

They have made an unbearable time a little easier and we will never be able To thank them Enough. 

Every detail, from our first meeting to the funeral was executed to perfection. We trusted them with our most precious person and they looked after her beautifully every step of the way.

Can’t fault there service from beginning to end everything was handled brilliantly we had to arrange two funerals five days apart which was very distressing but having Debbie Bennett funeral directors who took a lot of that stress away and gave our loved ones the respect they deserved would highly recommend

Teri- Ann, Joanne, David and all of the team at Debbie Bennett Bootle were amazing during the toughest of times for us.

Everything was organised to perfection, exactly as we wanted it and handled with so much compassion from start to finish. They kept us fully updated at every step and left no questions unanswered.

We were so pleased with the beautiful send off they gave our Dad, seeing him as a person and making it so tailored to him. We were particularly grateful for the slow procession past Anfield that David gave on the day of the funeral.

They are real life angels that when you’re facing what feels like the toughest time of your life they make everything so much better. They are very very special people. They ensured every detail was perfect to make sure the day had no issues. Even down to the drivers of the cars who lifted our spirits when needed. I honestly won’t forget these special people. We can’t thank everyone at Debbie Bennett (Bootle) enough. Right from the first telephone conversation through to the very end. All staff members have been amazing, nothing was too much trouble, they listened to what we wanted and advised us every step of the way. They got to know us as a family and they got to know exactly what type of person our mum was, they gave us so much comfort during the hardest time of our lives. Our mum looked beautiful, peaceful and we knew she was in safe hands. We lost Don, a lovely husband, father and grandfather. We appointed Debbie Bennett Funeral Directors (Bootle) to organise the funeral. We wanted an independent, family run firm, who would support us through a very difficult time. The team were outstanding, always compassionate, professional and highly efficient, anticipating and delivering all of our requirements. The level of personal service and communication provided by the team was exceptional. In addition, their recommended third party suppliers (the Celebrant, printers and florists) were also excellent. The funeral was beautiful and perfect. We would highly recommend them. Particular thanks to the organiser, Terriann, and the funeral director, Joanne.
