Professional from start to finish. The gentlemen who collected the deceased were excellent and remained professional and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Terri-Anne in the Bootle office used the right words of comfort at the right time, and the funeral which was on Friday last, was conducted in a calm and reassuring manner thanks to the staff involved as it was obviously a stressful and upsetting time for the family. To be highly recommended.

The girls in the Bootle branch Terriann & Joanne were absolutely brilliant from the very first contact and throughout what was such a difficult time. I could not recommend highly enough to anyone who has suffered a loss and requires their services.

Terri Anne, was supportive and understanding. She guided us through one of the most difficult times in our lives. She is an absolute credit to your company. The FD Jo and the drivers were compassionate and supportive throughout the afternoon of John's funeral.

From the initial meeting with Terri-Ann to the funeral director Joanne plus, all the drivers, we were overwhelmed by the upmost professionalism which was shown to both our dad and the wider family.
The courteous manner in which everything was clearly explained and planned enabled a traumatic episode in our family’s life to be significantly less painful.
Our family could not praise their service enough and would highly recommend them to any future family requiring a first class funeral.

Absolutely amazing service from debbie bennet funeral directors. From the mintue I made my first phone call to ask about a quote to the aftercare. It has be amazing I am so thankful I found them, they really supported my family through our hard time.
