This is the second time I have used Debbie Bennett for a funeral. I go to Teri-Anne in the Bootle office, Teri is so helpful and understanding. The funeral as before was conducted in such a professional and respectful manner. On the day the staff who conducted the actual funeral where amazing, helpful and understanding which is what is required when everyone is feeling so vulnerable.Cant remember the gentlemans name but everyone was dressed accordingly and smart. Can I also thank John who conducted the service and the staff who provided the floral tributes. Cannot thank you enough. Continue to do what you do, you all make a great team. Absolutely brilliant. I found their service fantastic, could not be more helpful. Made the whole experience a lot easier for us to handle.
Extremely professional. Terri-Ann explains everything for you and is so efficient, Joanne is very professional and drivers Dave and Matthew very polite and respectful.
I would recommend them highly

From the very first phone call to the last bit in the  cemetery they really did hold our hand and guided us step by step they made what was a sad and bewildering time for first timers like us as easy and smooth as possible for which we are so grateful . We would like to thank them all especially Terri Ann in the bootle branch for all their help and compassion .

The family of the late Ann Horton  cannot thank Debbie Bennett Funeral Directors in Bootle enough from day one right up till we pick up mums ashes the staff were amazing and kept us up to date with everything that had to be done a big thank you to Wendy, Jo , Terriann and Matty you did my mum proud we has a family cannot thank you enough for the beautiful send off my mum deserved 
What a privilege it was to go and see mum in the funeral parlour and just to sit and remember her and our beautiful memories 
Debbie your staff were amazing noting was to much trouble so friendly, and even suggested the drivers would wear pink ties to match mum’s colours I would definitely recommend you to all my family friends etc

Debbie Bennett independent funeral directors bootle are just amazing my dad went into there care 9months ago they were fabulous when my mum passed away in February as you can imagine our hearts were broken but Terri Anne and the team were just amazing so compassionate nothing was too much trouble they ensured my mum had the best send off what she truly deserved. Carl and the lads were just so lovely and it was quite fitting as they were there for dad's journey and now mums we had same driver dave who is a legend. Carl was that thoughtful all pall bearers wore lilac ties to match our colour theme and Carl even suggested dad's casket rode I'm hearse next to mum on final journey it was just perfect .
Even now funeral is over Terri Anne keeps in touch see how all bearing up and sent beautiful card .

Debbie Bennett’s were amazing and took all the stress out of arranging my mums funeral. We had no idea where to start or what to order/what we wanted with everything being so sudden. Terri-Ann took over everything and the whole process was so much easier to handle and deal with.

This is the first time I had ever dealt with loss so I didnt know where to start but the girls at DBs where amazing from start to finish, were always contactable when I needed them and kept me up to date straight away with every step ie collecting my nan into their care, letting us know all the arrangements & order of service books were ready and then collection of my nans ashes. They even transferred her into a urn we had purchased. I highly recommend this business and I don't think I would go anywhere else now when i need a FD again. Cant thank you enough! XXX
