Debbie Bennett funeral directors in Bootle were amazing!!

I hadn't organised a funeral before and had to for my dad, I called around quite a few other funeral places to be told so rudely by the people who answered to "look online all their prices were there and to call back when I had looked"

Basically go away and call back when you know more

Which was so painful and upsetting to hear especially when I was so upset anyway.
As Debbie's company was new around Bootle I was scared these wouldn't be as good....I was so wrong!!

They were amazing!!!!

So so personal and lovely to speak to 'Terri-Ann' at the Bootle office i felt like I knew her all my life, she is so lovely.

Debbie come to introduce herself 3days before the funeral and talked me through it all.

Honestly I couldn't have asked for a better company to place my dad with, they were and are amazing and worth 100 stars!!!!

Fab fab fab, thanks so much girls you are so worth the service, calls and made organising my dad funeral so much easier and painless for me.

Debbie Bennett funeral services looked after us brilliantly at such a devastating time.They were so compassionate yet professional and guided us through the painful task of arranging a funeral, taking the pressure of us to allow us to grieve while they sorted out all the paperwork and details. Everyone we dealt with were fantastic but especially Terriann who was just wonderful. She would chat with us every time we met and reassure us she would be taking care of Julie personally while she was in their care. This was so nice to hear and made you feel you were doing the very best for your loved one by placing them in their care. Their prices were transparent and affordable, unlike a lot of other funeral directors, which shows it does not have to cost the earth to give your loved ones the send off they deserve. We will be forever thankful to debbie and all her team. XX

From our initial call to Terriann right through to our Dads funeral we were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble.
We were treated with compassion and empathy and we knew our Dad would be treated with respect and dignity.

Due to lockdown restrictions the funeral was even more difficult to arrange for us, but with Terriann's guidance, constant support and keeping us informed of any change in guidelines everything went just as she promised it would.

We truly felt like we had entrusted our Dads final journey to a friend who's professionalism and integrity were immeasurable.

Whenever we spoke to Terriann we immediately felt like a weight was lifted from our shoulders and she would deal with any query we had on our behalf with no fuss or drama.

Due to logistics and timing we couldn't take Dad past Goodison Park, but Gemma and her Team went above and beyond and took Dad there on his way home, they even stopped and took photographs knowing how much this would mean to the family!! You can't pay for that type of service. This act shows that the whole of Debbie Bennett's team are in the business for the right reason .... because they CARE. We hold them all in the highest regard and can never thank them enough for all they have done.

We can not reccomend Debbie Bennetts highly enough, and would never go anywhere else.

We received a fantastic service from Debbie Bennett Funeral Directors -Bootle.
Terry-an and Joanne were wonderful, so kind and caring at such a stressful time.
On the day of the funeral everything from start to finish went exactly as planned
with a special touch by Martin who walked in front of the cortege as friends and
neighbours clapped as we passed. A really lovely send off.

Yes I was very impressed Debbie Bennett funeral services start to finish. I dealt  with the bootle branch the staff were excellent very helpful the drivers of hearse and cars were great I would highly recommend them.

From the moment I phoned Debbie Bennet's Funeral Directors I was met with excellent service, which just got better. Every step of the way the staff were just wonderful. We were treated with dignity and respect throughout. From collecting my brother to the arranging of the funeral, everything was impeccable. They were so helpful in every aspect from arranging the flowers to advising on the celebrant (who was fantastic). For what was such a sad time for me and my family the staff looked after us and were so genuine, and we cannot thank them enough. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

In a word, faultless. But to expand on this for benefit of survey, all the stress and worry after losing a loved one and having to organise their funeral especially in these times was completely taken from me. Utterly compassionate and professional. Would recommend to anyone.

From the very first moment I telephoned I knew my dad was going to be in good hands
I was a total mess on the phone and straight away I was put at ease

There never was any rush
Debbie Bennetts were amazing they allowed us to spend time with dad before they came and collected him, they telephoned before they arrived to ask was it OK to collect dad and when we asked if we could have longer nothing was a problem.
They phoned to check we knew how to go about registering the death
When it was time for dad to be collected again we were never rushed
They always spoke about dad in present tense which meant a lot to us.
When we went to their premises again nothing was a problem, they explained everything and even had drivers to wear the colour we were wearing in memory of our dad.
Regular check ups with us and when dad arrived at Chapel for us to go visit him again nothing was a problem.
As we are a big family we all wanted to spend time quietly with dad
They at times felt like family too their companion shown to us was 110%
Dads appearance was immaculate, he literally looked like he was just napping especially since he had been so ill prior it was a relief to see dad looking 'like our dad again'

The celebrant they helped us chose was amazing he made us feel so relaxed when we were deciding what to be said on the day of the funeral
Even upto the eve of the funeral we had phone calls checking that everything was in place and if we had any last-minute questions
The day of the funeral was beautiful again dad was given the utmost care for his final journey
Even after the funeral.when it was time to collect dad's ashes and locks of his hair everything was done beautifully
Losing someone is the hardest thing ever but as a family we absolutely were over the moon with the beautiful care and attention to detail we all received from Debbie Bennett Funeral. Directors
