We lost Don, a lovely husband, father and grandfather. We appointed Debbie Bennett Funeral Directors (Bootle) to organise the funeral. We wanted an independent, family run firm, who would support us through a very difficult time. The team were outstanding, always compassionate, professional and highly efficient, anticipating and delivering all of our requirements. The level of personal service and communication provided by the team was exceptional. In addition, their recommended third party suppliers (the Celebrant, printers and florists) were also excellent. The funeral was beautiful and perfect. We would highly recommend them. Particular thanks to the organiser, Terriann, and the funeral director, Joanne.

From the minute me and my brother john walked through the door, we were made very welcome and Terri-ann was amazing she explained absolutely everything to us from cost of funeral and the whole process of Dad's funeral ❤️ from start to finish.
